Not recommended. They doubled the price after about 3 months without any warning. You need to give a two-week notice if you decide not to rent for the next month. If you want to take your belongings earlier, they won't refund the difference. I rented storage at another place for over a year and never had such issues. I took my belongings and moved out of this place.

Wonderful staff!! We had a little problem with the door to our unit not staying open. Tempest was fabulous, gave us another unit immediately, and even helped us move things between the units!! Incredible customer service!! 10 stars!!!!

I am so dissatisfied with this Extra Space. I moved from Philadelphia to this area. And I rented from the Roosevelt boulevard Extra Space for 5 years. The manager in Philly was amazing. She worked with me when I moved into new units as I often had more than two one and also brought business when two of my friends decided to store there too. I get to this one in Harleysville and the manager is just cold! Horrible customer service. She got upset when I rented a second unit online instead of coming into the store because I should not have “gotten the new customer price online” Hello? I have been a customer for years!!! I made sure to have as little interaction with her as I could. I just moved out today to SecureStorage just so I could get away from the service I received there. I also am so disappointed that after three months, my rent for a 10x11 unit on the third floor of the building was raised from $63 to $139 - more than double
