Nice place to live, neighbors are good, but maintenance is awful, and they definitely take the easy, cheap way out! Rent is way too high as well, but that is everywhere now a days.

I recently moved to US from India, and I have taken a 2BDR apartment at Forgegate. I liked the apartment complex and the apartment. Trisha from Leasing office management, helped us a lot in getting our application processed very quickly. She was very patient and helpful.

Maintenance came in while I wasn't home and took care of my issues very quickly. I'm a new resident and am very pleased.
