I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers from Genaurdis florist for the passing of a loved one. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
As I entered the store, the woman behind the counter seemed short and very dismissive as I explained to her what I was looking for she was very abrupt and matter of fact. That should’ve been my first sign to run out of there however, I still proceeded to tell her I’m looking to order a big bouquet of flowers with lots of orange and to possibly have them delivered in the next day or so. She went on to tell me that she will have orange roses coming on Tuesday, mind you that was 4 days away, so I agreed to have the delivery for Tuesday, reiterated I wanted them big meaning of a nice size. Tuesday comes, flowers are delivered and what a disappointment. First let me say no roses, the size of the vase is small and the flowers that were received were just of average quality. I probably could’ve did better buying from the grocery store much cheaper. Given the price, I expected much better quality and service. I was really looking forward to a beautiful arrangement, but sadly, Genuardi’s florist did not meet my expectations. I hope they improve their quality and service for future customers.

Can’t thank Genuardi’s enough! We popped in today in need of a last minute corsage for a father-daughter dance and even though they had lots of orders, they very kindly made one for us and had it ready with plenty of time. The flowers were perfect for my daughter’s small wrist and they even added some sparkle to the ribbon. My daughter was thrilled and we’ll be back for the next event (with more notice next time).

We used Genuardi Florist for our wedding and could not have been happier. They did the most amazing job and exceeded all of our expectations! I wasn’t sure what flowers I needed to achieve the look I wanted and they were so helpful and truly made my vision come to life! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and they set up the space perfectly. I highly recommend Genuardi Florist anytime you need flowers.
