Staff moving out were great. Moving in a different group damaged corners, dinged walls. Didn’t consistently read labels and place items where they belonged.

I used Hughes Relocation services for a move from Philadelphia to Boston. Ed Holloway was there for both pick-up and delivery. He was amazing. There are two sets of stairs in my home and he managed their challenges extremely well with not a single damaged item. He navigated large items both up and down the stairs. I would certainly utilize Hughes relocation services if I ever need to move again. One very satisfied customer.

Gary, Jason and Andre were extremely professional and shockingly fast. I was impressed with their knowledge and team work. They moved our entire apartment in less than three hours and in very few elevator trips. This is only the first part of our long distance move but we are happy with the crew that came to pack as well as to load into the truck today. I’ll update after everything is done and our stuff is in Louisiana!

My move was done over two days with the contents of my house being split between my new house and a storage facility. All went smoothly with no additional fees from the original estimate.

Roberto Rivera, Gerald Pattison, and Mike Friel were awesome in assisting with the loading for our move. Roberto was very helpful in coordinating the unloading of our items as well upon arrival.
