AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The employees are rude, the bank policies are terrible, and everything about Key Bank is awful. There are much better banks you can use.

We have been a customers for 20 years in CT , we moved PA 6 mos ago , we have everything with Key, we use this branch inside and atm.We needed a notary , we went in they were “very “straight forward and stated that that key branch does not have notary , then stated further is is bank business, we said no it’s for state placard for disability The Landry said key will NOT notary anything but bank documents.I have used key banks in multiple states and had never heard of Only bank documents. We have had documents notarized happily, and they even faxed for us.I thought , have they “changed”so I-called customer service and they said it was not a rule!!!I called that branch again to make sure this was what this branch does and was told same thing. To save any key bank customers time searching for a notary , I Suggest if you need a notary do not utilize this branch and call ahead for any key branch and check first.

Absolutely love this branch. The online system is great, the people are very friendly.....I feel like I'm walking into CHEERS....where everybody knows your name. I would highly recommend them.

I absolutely hate this bank. The online banking system almost never reflects the actual balance in the account and it takes DAYS for anything to process. I can't wait until the last of my payments processes so I can close my account and go to Univest.

Horrible bank if you ask me. They practically charge for the air you breathe when you use them to bank. This is now the 3rd bank name I know they've had. It seems like every time I turn around they're changing ownership. Not to mention, with each new bank that has taken that location was worse than the last.

Just opened a checking and saving account today. Experienced with Isha was great but when the assistant manager walked in to speak to me, I felt uncomfortable talking to the guy. Speaks to me as if he's some important character. I don't know how Jerome got the position but I can tell that it was NOT through his expertise in dealing with customers. I didn't even want to open account anymore after talking to the guy. But overall if it was not for him, everyone else there are friendly people.
