Already knew what we wanted. Bosch French door refrigerator. We tried buying it at another multi local store place but a few days before the delivery they tried to pull a bait & switch. I was able to cancel my order and went to Kieffer’s instead. The whole effort was painless, Pat our salesman was great. Your delivery guys treated my house with care moving the old frig out and new one in. I did buy some other appliances from Kieffers when we remodeled our kitchen some years ago that experience was great too.

Very disappointed in this company! I purchased an entire kitchen of appliances from them and even sent other clients to them. The appliances have only been installed for a few months and we have had to have repair men out for multiple issues with each appliance. I've been without my oven, dishwasher and microwave for weeks at different times during the holidays. I reached out for help and never heard back. I never write bad reviews but I am so aggravated with this company.

So yourself a favor and ask for Kristen, she is phenomenal! We ordered a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dishwasher came a little dinged up, before I knew it she had a new door ordered and GE scheduled to install it! I highly recommend Kieffers and more specifically Kristen!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Extremely bad customer service. Beiside the original visit to the store to selct my refrigertaor it was ALL down hill after that. I was given a delivery date. Didn't happen. Rescheduled a 2nd delivery and when it arrived it was the wrong item originally purchased. When dealing with the sales assoc (Lauren) she was incensitive and basically unapologetic. When I said I could have received the same service at Home Depot her answer was you couldn't have bought Fisher and Paykel at Home Depot. Need I say more as far as her understanding of soft skils for customer service. When speaking with the sales manager (Nick) he said that Lauren had come to him and admitted the error. That he understood I was hot but he wasn't going to argue with me. I hung up on him. Like her admitting an error to him meant anything to me. My day from 10am has been the delivery, taking with unsympathetic sales people, waiting for the return of my refigerator, having it hooked up with the ice maker for a total of 4 hours aggravation for nothing. Let me end by saying that all I wanted besides a Fisher and Paykel refrigerator, was someone to express a sincere apology for taking my time and having to go through this. Dealing with these sales people I felt like I was the provedged one to have walked into their store to buy a refrigerator. Someone at Kieffer's Appliance needs to invest in a course on de-escalation, confilct resolution, and quality customer service.

go anywhere else but here. poor service from the start. no communication from sales assoc for change of delivery date. nobody called to confirm 2nd delivery date. I had to call them. Delivered wrong refrigerator. Had to bring back my old refrigerator. Nobody was too concerned about it. DONT BUY FROM KIEFFERS!

I mistakenly assumed that small businesses would have higher prices. Kieffer's was $200 less for a washer (same model, delivery, haul away, and hoses included). You can always get someone on the phone quickly and find information you're looking for. One comment for owners: employees are efficient and professional but lack friendliness and appreciation.

Had a great experience with Kieffer's delivery and installation of a gas range. The installers, Carlos and Carlos, called ahead, arrived on time, and did a terrific job removing our old range and installing the new one. They were skilled, careful, and professional. They put the range in place, made the gas connection and leveled the stove. Not a scratch to the stove, the adjacent cabinets, or the floor. Even showed us how to connect the stove to WiFi. Excellent, excellent job.

My wife and I visited Kieffer's this past Friday and were able to spend over 2 hours with Connie P. Both her knowledge and her own personal experiences with the products were tremendously valuable. Not only did she readily answer all of our questions, but she voluntarily offered information that we would not have considered on our own. She made us aware of how the warranty can vary, depending on the product line, and she also pointed out how different lines of appliances can possibly work together, but one needs to consider the finish, the handles, appliance placement (e.g., will they be on the same wall versus on opposite sides of the room). She also recommended getting pricing on several options when designing a complete kitchen, like a higher end package, a mid-range package, etc. (as promotions could make the more expensive brands affordable). The showroom is extensive, and Connie's assistance only made the experience even better!

Driver was in a branded vehicle and yelled out the window being extremely rude. Should think twice before you say stuff when your vehicle is branded with the company you work for. You should be embarrassed.

Visited Kieffer’s Appliances a couple weeks ago shopping for washers and dryers. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time with my wife and I. Their price is higher than other dealers it would seem, however they do include delivery and removal of your old appliances included in the price. We have to do more research as to whether their price is fair.One comment though, we are a bit surprised that there is no follow up on their end after our visit. We thought perhaps they would contact us and try to gain our business. Seems most businesses today don’t care whether you will buy from them or not.

Just want to share the exceeding positive experience we had. We were recommended to order through Kieffer's from the Wolf/SubZero showroom, and they didn't disappoint. Matt was our salesperson, and he great, knowledgeable and up front. There were some delays due to supply chain (out of their control) but he set realistic expectations from day 1 and continually updated. When the appliances came, they were delivered and swapped out/around (can't remember the guys name but called and found out it was Truck 8). They were professional but also very personable and VERY IMPRESSIVE lifting a 36" stove up the five steps of our front porch! Dante and Adam were our installers, and they were great too. We had a couple of issues with fit (again not their fault) but Dante gave us the info to fix it and everything worked out. Redoing a kitchen is pretty stressful and I'm not looking to repeat any time soon, but if I do, I'd be back there without hesitation.

Conal and the team at Kieffer's were wonderful help during our kitchen renovation. They worked hard to make sure our appliances showed up even with supply chain uncertainties. When our fridge showed up with some cosmetic flaws Conal got right to work dealing with the manufacturer and sending out a repair team. We couldn't be happier with the service from selection to install!
