“My husband and I recently built a custom home. As you can imagine, the task of choosing everything from tile to flooring to paint to grout colors seemed insurmountable. But then we also had to choose appliances. All of the appliances including a range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. We scheduled time with Matt Westerfer who listened to the things that were important to us and listened to things that we felt we (I) had to have and offered some serious, honest advice. Even demonstrating why one feature that I was very interested in is likely not the best feature for us (and he was right). He put together a proposal with four different lines to choose from. We had a few follow up questions, nothing too heavy duty, and within a few weeks made our decisions. Fast forward a few months and they coordinated delivery and installation with our builder. The amazing thing about Keiffers that you will not find at a big box store, is that Matt's service didn't end there. We had a little difficulty with a manufacturer who shall remain nameless, and after a few service calls, Matt stepped in (while at home with a newborn!) and resolved the problem for us. Keiffers is family owned and operated with happy, helpful team members...and it shows. You're not getting that at a big box store. I have told everyone how great our experience has been. Hopefully we don't need any appliances any time soon, but we will surely return to Keiffers when the time comes. ~ Michele and Carmen Daddona”

“After a terrible experience with a local big box store, it was impressed upon me to visit Gerhards (Glenside). This is where I met Dave.After a bit of due diligence and learning which refrigerator brands not to invest in, I landed upon a GE model. I told Dave what I wanted and he made it happen. It was a quick sale on a Monday afternoon with delivery expected on Wednesday. When minor issues were found upon delivery, parts were sent via Fed Ex to my residence. Fast Repair service was quickly scheduled. Dan came out and made everything pretty again. It’s just what he does! Dave even reached out several times in the process, to ensure that I was being well taken care. Thank you, Dave!!P.S. This fridge is so dang quiet, I keep checking to see if it’s on.”

“The delicious smell of coffee greets you when entering the shop. The staff are friendly and very helpful if you are looking for something specific. I love wandering around the store looking at the interesting kitchen gadgets and food items but I now make a trip there regularly for the coffee. The coffee is fantastic.”

“A really nice couple that helped me out. I took a piece of laminate to them that I needed cut down, I did not call ahead, I just drove there. It was a Monday and they were closed, however I just happen to catch them. Roger's wife greeted me and I explained I was looking for someone that could cut this piece of laminate so I didn't screw it up, I only had one piece and I did not have the right tools to cut it. She said that Roger would be off the phone in a few minutes and he would take a look. Roger was extremely friendly and said he could do it the next day. I went to pick it up this afternoon and asked "What do I owe you?". She said "He said don't worry about it, it took him 2 minutes" In today's world you don't find business owners like this. They have a really nice shop full of decorations, I am going to return with my wife to purchase something.”

“Harth Builders renovated our kitchen which entailed expansion by removing a wall. They were extremely well organized, with consistent weekly written reports (including photographs) and weekly face to face meetings with the project manager at our option. They finished as scheduled (we made a few changes that required extensions) and the kitchen was usable exactly when they estimated. The crafts people were very respectful of the property, befriended our dog, and kept the place secure at all times, even when we were travelling. The site was always neat and orderly when they left each day. We especially appreciated the design team who guided us through choices and options without being overbearing. We can't say enough about the very knowledgeable project manager (Chris) whose communication style is friendly and precise. Cost estimates (contingencies) were spot on.”

“So happy with my new bathroom! Jim and his team did awesome work every step of the way. Jim presented a proposal and a plan with great advice , helped me choose fixtures, tile and overall design and helped me stay within my budget. The project was on time and with minimal disruption to my home. Communication was excellent …I always knew what was next, what time they were starting each day , when inspections were happening, etc. My house is 100 years old and gutting the bathroom presented some surprises but didn’t phase JRL Design! Jim even saved and rebuilt the original window and door. Also , because they expanded the bathroom and opened the wall to the next room, that whole room was restored beautifully as well. Overall, I had 100% trust in Jim and his team and knew from the beginning that he was invested in making sure I was very happy with the outcome. My master bath is now the nicest room in the house. “I recommend this company. Our undermount sink started to detach from the countertop. The kitchen was redone before we bought the house and we didn’t know who completed it. I called around and multiple companies would not touch the project if they didn’t install it in the first place. Finally Timeless called back and came out within a couple of days to fix it.
