Have been members many years and dealt with phone customer service dozens of times. Consistently excellent! Staff up to VPs have assisted us in various ways with loans and impressive is an understatement!! Extremely organized efficient amazing local bank that all others should aspire to be! This is why you choose a credit union!

Very bad customer service, lacks experience, and the banker who served us while we were in the branch was not aware of what she was doing. She said that it is necessary to prove our citizenship status if we hold a citizenship or green card, and a photo of the green card must be brought, or she cannot Opening the account, and when I reviewed the bank’s policies, this was not required, and I contacted the customer service to confirm this, and they said that my words are correct. There is no bank policy requiring the necessity to bring a copy of the green card to open the account, She was rude in her conversation with us , She was not building a customer relationship with us like any Banker does to gain the trust of his Customers and she treats her member very rude who is from my family The one who-recommended this branch to me to open the account there, and last but not least, she told me that she would issue a debit card to us, and until now, for nearly three weeks, I have not received any card. She rushed me to leave the branch On the pretext that the time to close the branch has come and If I have any questions, she will answer my questions the next day.

First time here. Drive-thru only. Two lanes with maybe 8 in each lane. Super slow, over 40 minutes in line. Needs more people processing drive-thru

This has been my family's bank for a long time. When I was a kid the lollipops were a highlight, and they still are as an adult along with the friendly and helpful staff! I love the credit union! ?

I went in today (8/28/2019) to cash my coins (great service to provide). I usually have my kids with me and they ask for lollipops, with a "may I please" and "thank you" (another great service to provide ?), but school has started so they weren't there. Which was a good thing, because a "more mature" lady came in and to say the least was very rude. Jen her teller was not just professional but extremely polite and had a smile and said thank you to the mature lady.We were both leaving and I got the door for her and as she walked by she said "I'm really starting to lose interest in this bank". I told her "well the way you treated them wasn't all that kind, and I'm sure if you need to take you business elsewhere they'll understand. That's the great part about living in a capitalist country." No words back from her.I really like this branch and the people that work for it. They make it feel like the small town bank that it is. Jen, Cydni, Charmaine, Nancy, and Glenn all make the branch manager (Stacy) look great. You guys keep up the professionalism but also the kindness.

I've been member at MSDFCU for 30 years and I've always had great experiences with them. Yesterday, i needed an auto loan so I called in and spoke with Lynn R. who walked me through the loan app and submission process. it took only minutes and the approval came back within an hour. This was perfectly executed and I'm extremely happy. I'll never go anywhere else for my auto loans. Thanks, Lynn.
