I can't say enough about my experience at Mr. Tire in Lansdale. I called day-of to get a new set of tires, due to some irreparable holes in my current ones. They got me in within the hour, no pressure to buy anything but found me a great deal on the new set. Typically I go to the dealership to handle all my car issues, but Mr. Tire wound up being over 200 dollars cheaper than the dealership. John was nothing but friendly and professional, while David took great car of my car. I really think they went the extra mile with me, to the point where I may just take care of all my general maintenance here, rather than the dealership. Mr. Tire earned my business!

John from Mr. Tire was great! He not only treated me with kindness and respect, he was professional and pleasant. I had my car at Monroe and the repair was not fixed properly. When given the chance to rectify their repair properly, the store manager treated me poorly.
I was redirected by cooperate office to Mr. Tire and John and his mechanic did a stellar job. My car is up and running back to the way it was before. No smells detected and he turned my awful experience at Monroe into a pleasant one at Mr. Tire.

By far one of the best tire/auto places I’ve had my car serviced at. I’ve been here multiple times with some bad luck tire issues and every time John has been great. Honest, accommodating, personable, and fair. I have no issues driving out of my way to come here.

I had an emergency tire situation and located Mr Tires online and called for an appointment and was able to get car serviced. It was worth the wait. I will more than likely bring my car back for other services. Spoke to another customer who said, “I’ve brought my car here for years!” I can certainly see why.

It feels like it’s hard to find a trustworthy shop. And when you find one you stick with them. From the first conversation I had with John I knew I found a great resource. I’ve had a few of my cars worked on here and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the quality of the service provided. John and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful with making the right decisions for a repair. And getting the right tires for my vehicle. A hidden gem in the automotive repair world.

I came into the shop with a giant screw in my tire late afternoon on a Saturday. As someone who clearly knows nothing of cars/ tires, the guys took incredible care of me/ my car. They had me in and out so quickly and made me feel so comfortable. I am not one to feel it necessary to leave a review anywhere but these guys turned a horrible day into a great one with their care & customer service. I will always bring my car there for future repairs.
