Not all practitioners are equally good. I know my veins are small & I'm a senior on medications. But when one person can't get blood & another can, one may not be as qualified as the other. There used to be a gal in Ft Wash who had me in & out in 2 minutes flat. Never a problem. There was one in Norristown too on Fornance. Both are closed. This Lansdale office also had a gal like that. Where do all the good ones go?

I had an Absolutely horrendous experience. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff were extremely condescending, rude, aggressive, and unprofessional and discriminatory . I will never be going back to this place. I am an elderly women and was treated with no respect at all. The entire experience was a nightmare , from the moment I stepped in the door to the consultation and the blood draw. Please go to other quest locations because this one im has the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. Disgusted that people like that Indian lady are even allowed to work in a customer facing role.

Took my 18 month old here for a blood draw and we’re both traumatized ? — toddlers make everything hard but they couldn’t find a vein and stuck him multiple times, which I find unacceptable. I literally watched the phlebotomist fish around under his skin with the needle at one point while he screamed. We had an appointment and we were in and out quickly but I can’t recommend this location to other parents. It’s literally across the street from me and I won’t be back.If the location is convenient for you, and you’re a consenting adult with good veins, it will be fine. But make an appointment — my husband tried to get bloodwork done without an appointment and waited two hours before being told to leave lol

Was honestly the worst experience i've ever had, Needed urgent blood test done, they gave me such a hard time apt was at 10:20 arrived early, and my blood stillisn't drawn and it's 11. Honestly ridiculous and the rudest employees i've ever had. If i could give zero stars i would.
