BE CAUTIOUS before considering working with them. They lied several times. I urge anyone considering using this company to steer clear of Tom. He is dishonest and extremely unprofessional. He should not be in this business!!!!

They didn't listen to my mother about what she wanted. Sent her houses that were opposite of what she asked for, mocked her, and tried to tell her where she should buy (in the city vs in the country). They also sent emails saying her house was a unicorn and impossible to find. Horrible service and absolutely disrespectful attitude. Maybe next time, don't try to make excuses for properties with major damage.

We made multiple calls over several days to Thomas regarding this listing to set up an appointment to see it but he never bothered to return our calls. I'd hate to find out that my agent was that non-responsive.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Bought and sold through them and both were turn key operations. Most paperwork was done for me, and little for me to do except sign. Always had my best interest in mind.

I made the mistake of using this company to sell my home. The settlement hasn't occurred yet, and I'm getting hit with all kinds of unnecessary fees. Don't sign forms for them to get payoff quotes because they will agree to charge you $15 for each fax to their office when the fees could be avoided by just mailing the quote. They have had months to request the payoff and still have weeks ahead of settlement. Apparently, this is "normal" per Kelly Delikat for Re/Max to have faxes sent to them for $15 fee without letting seller know of such charges ahead of time. If it is "normal", shouldn't it be included on settlement costs list when you sign the agreement of sale? I was also hit with a "closing document fee" of $203 with no explanation. I'm still not sure if it is the correct amount or if I should be charged it by my mortgage co. for selling my home. Shouldn't this be on the closing costs list too if it is a standard fee? I would avoid using Re/Max in the future.

I was disappointed to see the review from Sheena. Although I know that is possibly the case with some realtors, there may have been other circumstances that caused a disconnect. Up front, my husband is a ReMax realtor. Some of our best friends have come from people he has sold a home to. He maintains a relationship with nearly all his clients because he really does care about them. I'm glad Sheena liked her realtor but if I were her I would express my disappointment to her realtor directly - it's possible there was a personal matter that occured that prevented her from reconnecting after the settlement. It's always a good policy to do some due-dilligence, especially since it's not always easy to find a really good, thorough realtor. If this one did the job and then just simply moved on, shame on her for losing what could have been a good continuing relationship!

We really Loved our realtor, however right after closing she left and we have not heard from her since. No follow up, no nothing. Made us a little sad thinking we had this great person throughout the whole process and as soon as she got her check it was adios!
