There was a pharmacist's young female, very rude and disrespectful. I got a phone call about my prescription so I came through the drive-thru with my children. I took a call after she got my baby's date of birth that she said oh I was trying to get your attention. I said I apologize. I was on an important phone call. She said they don't have the prescription come tomorrow so I was going to drive off. She was like you have to move and not hold up the drive-thru. There was no one even behind me and it wasn't even 20 seconds. After she said tomorrow I thought that was very rude and disrespectful. Customer service is 90% important. I don't like being treated rudely

I continue to have a great experience with the all employees and Pharmacy at this location. The Pharmacists & their assistants are Rockstars and are extremely knowledgeable and friendly with any questions that I may have with every single visit. Keep up the great work!! Thank you. Mark Oscar

I was at rite aid on b broad st. In lansdale.. one of the best pharmacy in our area.. the service was fantastic. I reecived my prescriptions and got 2 vaccines in what seemed like no time. The pharmacist put me totally at ease . And made it such a pleasant experience.

As far as pharmacy goes...they have all been extremely helpful and nice. I just came to them from a diff location that was very judgemental and rude so it's been very refreshing.

Hours for the pharmacy is until 9:00 pm on the door outside and on all web searches. The pharmacy closes at 8:00 pm for anyone who is wondering. Please update your information. Also, they are extremely understaffed unfortunately.

I like rite aide its a convenience for me my family and friends. but unfortunately i think that two or three front end associates are rude and have bad customer service. i ask for assistance on a product she just sent me to go look with no help when i told her I didnt no 'were to look. very attitude vibe also the tone in the way she speaks is horrible. i sense bias as well. the older lady with glass and short hair great.

The store is clean and staff is friendly but the entire pharmacy shuts down from 1:30 - 2. I've never heard of somewhere doing that. ?♂️

Discrimination at 1856 Broad Street Lansdale Pennsylvania 19446. On Friday September 2, 2022. @ 2:40pm Two White female Pharmacists denied my son the Covid-19 Booster vaccine. I showed proof of the pre-scheduled appointment and the Pharmacist said, we were at the wrong address.I showed electronic proof of the address confirmation on my cellphone and my son was still denied the vaccine booster because they claimed their was no proof in their computer system. The Pharmacists asked me to complete a form. I completed the paper work and my son was still denied the vaccine. I explained my son's medical challenges and he was still denied. Both Pharmacists were unwelcoming, cold & apathetic. Both Pharmacists are in need of customer Service training, as well as Cultural diversity training. I believe my son was denied because we are Black. Both Pharmacists should be aware that Blacks are more likely to die from Covid-19 because of our risk factors. My son should not have been denied under any circumstances! It is no wonder the Covid-19 virus cannot be irradicated when Healthcare professionals refuse to vaccinate members of the community who are most vulnerable. I also explained my son was an adult with special needs & neither Pharmacist cared.
