I booked an appointment for a balayage unfortunately the result looked more like traditional highlights, I informed the stylist that I wanted something that would grow out nicely. I shared reference photos at the consultation and the actual appointment. I tried to communicate the soft, blended look I was going for, but it didn’t come through in the final result. I booked a balayage and paid a premium price expecting a soft, natural blend. Instead, I left with harsh, stripey highlights that looked nothing like what I asked for(see photo reference)
To her credit, the stylist did offer to fix it — which I appreciated — but even after the correction, the color still didn’t feel right and left me unhappy with how my hair looked. additionally, I wasn’t even able to get my hair blown out or styled at the end because I had to leave for a prior commitment. I walked out with half wet, unstyled hair, unsure how it even looked until much later (I also believe i was also charged for the blowout ). I don’t think the service reflected the price or the standard I expected, I now feel I’ll need to go to another salon for a full color correction.
I really wanted to love my hair, but I left feeling disappointed with how it turned out.

I was there over a year ago and Krissy did a beautiful job on my hair. I called about a month ago and scheduled an appointment but had to cancel and rescheduled. On the day of my appointment, I called to make sure Krissy knew that I wanted more that a blowout. The girl said your not scheduled and Krissy is booked solid. She was in a hurry to get off the phone. About an hour later a talked to the owner and she said that I canceled. I did no such thing. I was even more upset with the owner accusing me of canceling. It's funny because right before she called me, I received a reminder from Symmetry

If there was a 10 gold star rating, Symmetry Salon and Spa would get it! Krissy is a credit to her profession in every way! She takes the time to listen and answer questions. My hair looks amazing every time!
Each member of the team at Symmetry is friendly, welcoming and always ready to help! The salon is beautifully decorated and very clean.

I got my lashes done by Lindsey and she was awesome. The lashes have held up so well, nothing burned and it was quick and easy! Her space is very comfy cozy and clean!

I was beginning to give up hope on finding a good hair salon in this area and that is when I found Symmetry Salon! I chose Cady based on the reviews and her work that I saw on social media. It felt like I was hanging out with an old friend while I was in her chair. There was no judgement, we had a great conversation and she didn't push me to add on extra services or to buy products that wouldn't work for me. I immediately booked a color appointment after I saw how great my haircut was! I received so many compliments and I swear my hair has never felt this soft!! Highly recommend!!!

i’ve been coming for about a year or so to Symmetry. Cady does a great job with color! She listens and if you ask for more highlights or lighter color she is happy to switch things up. She is a lovely person and i enjoy going there for the kind treatment and fun conversation! i highly recommend her

Kalley is absolutely fabulous. I could not recommend her more- I came in with red/ copper hair (notoriously difficult to cover/remove) and left with exactly what I was hoping for (even better honestly). I wanted to go back to my natural- which has been difficult to match when I’ve tried previously- and this is an exact match. Her consultation was so thorough and she was very communicative throughout the appointment. She’s been a stylist for 3 years but far surpasses many stylists I’ve gone to with more experience. Can’t imagine going to anyone else now! 10/10.
