I needed a vehicle abstract to qualify for a loan. I e-mailed Fazio's on a Saturday afternoon asking if they could generate an abstract for me, and I received confirmation that they could do so in under 40 minutes.
When I showed up at Fazio's the following Tuesday, the facility was very clean and the staff, which was both friendly and efficient, quickly generated a vehicle abstract for me; I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
Based on the condition of the facility and the lightning-fast response to my e-mail inquiry, it's clear to me that Fazio's owner(s) care about providing great service to their customers, and that's exactly what I got.

Great Service. Fast and Friendly. Depending on how busy they are, sometimes parking is a challenge. Especially during rush hour.
