Do NOT open an account at this bank. It is the worst bank I have ever done business with. We have had many issues with this bank and the location in Montgomeryville. We went to another location and it was helpful and kind however it did not resolve our problem. I am closing out this bank and going elsewhere due to rude and inconsiderate behavior. Our issues have not been resolved in over one year. I am sick of this. Taking my money out and going to a new bank.

My wife and I went to see Gail Brett, the Asst VP Store Manager at TD Bank in Lansdale, PA. A confusing, erroneous, large payment transaction to our dental company needed to be corrected. Gail cleared up our confusion of the complicated transaction, and gave us two options to resolve the problem. Then Gail made the correction changes and all is correct now 100%. In only a matter of minutes she was able to fix this complex problem. And she assured us no penalty fees would be charged. Most of all, Gail is professional and personable. It was a pleasure having her support us with this matter and we appreciate her excellent customer service very much. A+++++

I opened a business account and have experienced nothing but problems. TD has sophomoric limits on bank transfers, debit cards, and daily payments. They are set up to get your money than make it hard for you to spend it!

Poor costumer service! My husband went to open a business account ! This location requested all this necessary documentation. We are very familiar with what is required. They kept asking him to take his masked off like he is trying to scam! When clearly he has his ID and required documents to open this account! I guess he was the wrong color. We went to our usual TD bank in North Wales on Bethlehem Pike. We open our account with no issues. I will be calling corporate about this location !!

Had to get a replacement card today at the Lansdale TD Bank. DJ was very helpful - I was in and out with no problem. I appreciated his efficiency and helpfulness.

I’ve come to this bank twice in the past two weeks for two separate issues and on both occasions my problems were solved painlessly and efficiently, my last trip Bill helped me who did a fantastic job of solving my issue

The manager, Gale, and her team were incredibly helpful in resolving a fraud issue on my account. They took an extremely frustrating situation and made it painless. Highly recommend their branch!

I was in on Saturday to open a joint account with my wife. I have a really bad medical condition and even have a card to prove it. I asked to use the restroom and I was told no. Then I asked for a manager to explain why I needed to use it. And they were very disrespectful and told me “oh well, the manager is not in at the moment” needless to say I think we are closing my wife’s account with TD and I am reporting this location to the ADA.

Cashed a check here. Teller found nothing wrong with the check and was ready to cash it. Asked the supervisor to waive a $10 dollar fee. She then escalated this poorly by calling the customer and telling me that the fee and the reason for cashing the check was not her problem. I’ve escalated this to management and the regional department without a proper response. They cover themselves here and have zero accountability. There is also zero diversity in management.
