The gentleman at the store was so kind and was so sweet to the kids I had with me that he even made sure they got lollipops. They were so excited. The staff is always pleasant at that location; this is the first time I took my nephews in and it was just cute

Saturday, August 2, 2025 - Customer service is terrible. Google states the store is open on Saturdays until 6:00 PM. Myself and another woman arrived a few minutes to 5:00 PM. The door was locked and lights on…”Open” sign was not lit. The sign on the door says open until 5:00 PM and it was just before 5:00 PM. The woman and I both discussed how the website states open until 6:00 PM on Saturday. The boy that works there was ignoring my knock hiding behind the wall in the back. He finally came out when I asked him to. Talking through the window..I asked him to please open the door..he said it is 5:01 PM we are closed..he said to me when I come in I have an attitude so he won’t open the door! I believe his name is Dwayne he shows me that his watch says 5:01 PM. He messed up something from packages I dropped off a little while back..I guess he remembers that. I have been going to this location for years the woman owner/Mgr is nice. Meanwhile, with all the back and forth he could have taken my package because it was before 5:00 PM when the other lady and I arrived. On the weekends the new kids are really the ones with the attitude they never say hello or thank you!

Staff are always friendly and greet me when I go in. I have not had long wait times and I love the option to be able to return and scan amazon items quickly on your own in the front .

I have always had very good service at the UPS store in Montgomeryville. This past week I had a problem with a package going to the west coast. Jessie (I believe she is the manager) went above and beyond to make sure it got to the location. Thank you for all your help

Employees were really rude to us for no apparent reason. They yelled at us because we didn’t have tape on our boxes and when we asked if they have tape they said yes but we had to buy our own because they wouldn’t let us use theirs.

Absolutely abysmal service from UPS store.
Attempted to inquire about notary fees over the phone, only to be met with rude and unhelpful customer service.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Unsure of how to go about the process of notarization services, our company called this location for better help. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The woman who answered the phone did not present her name, but she responded with an unprovoked attitude and treated our employee, who was calm and asking for helpful services, with the utmost disrespect. She lacks the proper customer service needed to be persistent in this type of work. She yelled at my employee so incompetently that others in the room could hear her over the phone. Disrespect towards customers, in a position where it is your job to deal with customers, is ineffective. Our company called a different notary service right after, and where we offered the option to have them come to our location. Avoid this UPS if you are in a good mood or just because. Our company will not be using them for any of our future needs.
