I’ve been taking my cats there for 3 years now. Even when I’ve called in tears about my cats not getting in their crates and cancelling an appointment, they’re so kind and understanding. They get the pet parent vibe. Easy and efficient. And clearly LGBTQ friendly.

Caring. Kind. Flexible. When our old chihuahua couldn't live another day they helped us let him go fly with the angels peacefully. The paw prints completed with his name on it. And they worked with us to make it more affordable. Thank you VCA GAH

I’ve trusted these guys with my fur babies for the last 2 years. They are awesome. They are way better than the previous vets I’ve dealt with over the years. Will bring all of my animals here as long as I’m in the area

My friends dog was dying and her vet was closed. We called here to ask about putting the dog down and the woman on the phone gave us the price. We were shocked and asked if there was a payment plan. She responded with “ animals are expensive perhaps you should haven’t any of you can not afford them”. How could a person be so cold, during a time like that? Disgusting. For the record your $900 to put down a 14lb dog is robbery. To anyone reading this; Don’t support this horrible place. Quakertown vet was amazing, empathetic, warm, nice and affordable! $600 less.May you never have to go threw loosing an animal and be in a position where affording it at the time is unrealistic.

The staff here were extremely accommodating and understanding. They were super friendly and kind when we were dealing with a stressful and tough situation with our cat.

Dr. Torrence, is the sweetest vet ever! Not only does she show our Kobe all the love and gentleness possible when examining him but even after a visit she personally calls to make sure the medications are working and he’s feeling better. We’re also impressed if she can’t treat something and it needs a specialist (ortho) she’ll call afterwards to make sure the appt went well and if there’s and anything she could do. We’ve never experienced a clinic that is so caring for their pets including Michelle at the front desk who is always cheerful on the phone.

They are good with the animals & they allow me to have my kids with me when it's our cat's or dog's appointment.

We absolutely LOVE our pup's vet . Doc Torrence is amazing with her. We've been taking our pup there for over 9 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else .The tech's and staff are very nice and know us by name. And they all adore our Beastie girl. They always go above and beyond services for us and make us feel like family. ?. I highly recommend going to VCA Gwnnedd...

I will not be coming back. Took 1.5 hours to give my dog a physical and rabies shot. Dr. Lazarte ran up my bill as high as possible. Tried to add hundreds onto my bill for a cut and "ear infection" for my dog. I denied the skin treatment, dog healed up well by himself. Barely used the ear meds and my dog is doing just fine. VCA Gwynedd is a low quality practice. Money hungry. Go elsewhere

PLEASE KEEP READING! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment with my sick pet, there were no one there that morning , I was the only patient. But they didn’t take us on time, they wasted our time, which wasted time of saving life. The doctor used about 10 minutes to check my pet virtually, VIRTUALLY!! And she didn’t tell me what exactly going on with my pet, she told me they do not have any machines or technology to do blood test or other exams, she said I should take my pet to another vet. The reason I took my pet to vet is because I know she’s sick, but I’m not a professional vet so that’s why I need to take them to see someone professional. But if the only thing they can tell me is that my pet is sick and ask me to take her to another hospital, then what is the point for them to be in this hospital. So I went there for nothing. They charged me about the $90 for a virtual checking, which it’s almost as expensive as an emergency exam fee in my area. And they refused to give me the money back, if they can make my pet come back I don’t want that money at all. Even when I checked out, the front desk staff were extremely slow, they were chatting and laughing. It seems like they do not know they’re working in a hospital. My beloved pet passed away.

We went there with a sick cat, she was 15yo and was having kidney failure which has been slowly progressing over the past few years. The staff there was kind and compassionately supportive in letting us have time to say our goodbyes. She had 15 wonderful years with us and we decided to put her to sleep so she would nolonger have to suffer in silence. We will soon have her ashes back and she will be back home where she belongs. This is a great hospital for all your pets needs, believe me she will take very good care of your furry family members.
