The entire care team at VCA Lansdale is so warm, everything from the front-desk staff to the vet-techs. They're always responsive and accommodating. We live in Philly and haven’t had great experiences with vets in the city, so we have instead come out to this location for the last two years and it makes such a difference. “Talk about willing to help and kindness . I was put in a last-minute situation and needed to be seen right away. My dog is a little tricky. She’s not very friendly,She has an attitude problem and the doctor was beyond patient kind and willing to help us. She saw us right away.
