I have a shop and ordered a cooling fan from (The Radiator store),it failed within a month! I called 1800Radiator, spoke with Christopher in customer service and explained to him what happened,and that I wanted to return it for a refund as I did pay cash. He then stated SO,which I fact made me angry,i then asked for a supervisor and he placed me on hold for a VERY LONG TIME,I THEN HUNG UP ! ALL IM ASKING FOR IS MY MONEY BACK THAT I PAID ! ITS NOT DIFFICULT
