About CVS Photo

CVS Photo is a location where customers have had positive experiences with their photo services and staff. Several reviews highlight the helpful and caring employees, especially when handling photos with care. One customer expressed deep gratitude for an employee's kindness during a difficult time, noting that the staff went above and beyond. Others appreciated finding items like a sweatshirt with a high school mascot, and mentioned that, despite some negative reviews, their overall customer service has been good. While some recent issues include long lines and a closed drive-thru, these do not overshadow the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff, making CVS Photo a place where customers feel valued and supported.

They maintained good customer service while handling various customer issues in various parts of the store. The stock is low in some areas, but they were attempting to place available items on the shelves to keep up. The staff was patient and tolerant. Fair parking. Lots of sale items.

Just used CVS photo and the pics came out great; plus the employee at the register was very helpful and careful with handling the pictures, which I appreciate.
