The young lady with braces is in dire need of training in the field of customer service.
Very rude and hostile. It's been a while since I've cashed a check and apparently rules have changed, I'm guessing due to an increase in fraud incidents. After she rudely made it clear that I wouldn't be able to cash my check bc apparently this organization doesn't cash checks from United Health Care aka Optum aka 1 of the nation's largest health insurance providers, I conveyed to her that at this pt I'm simply a consumer asking questions to become educated for future reference.
There was one other patron in the store already being serviced and she acted as if I was annoying her for asking questions. Forgive me for being a customer seeking service. Maybe she had a bad day, or was in a bad mood, whatever the situation was, she left a sour taste in my mouth today. I've patronized this location in other capacities, i.e. copy services, fascilime transmissions, and $ transfers and left the establishment pleased and satisfied. The individuals who've assisted me were more mature women, the two professionals I'm speaking of seem to have Asian-American and African-American descent. These women are consistently excellent, thorough and kind. Hopefully management trains the young African-American woman that I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Very disappointed and I feel it is unfair to provide a low score because of one individual but man o' man I'm so upset that I couldn't even get simple answers without resistance and attitude.
They're usually efficient and generous providing information. I'm hoping things get steered back to the right direction. A family oriented business that is hostile to their customer base smacks of oxymoronism. Almost comical if I wasn't the offended party. Be weary of the young sister with braces. Sassy and Lousy - and that's being nice.

I started cashing checks here when I was 18 which was 15 year ago. Never had any problems ever until the last year or so. I've gone through lengths to try and ensure I do not have to come here. Every time I walk in the woman who now works behind the counter doesn't ever seem to know what she is doing. She can't find my account even though I gave her my state ID. They can't cash my check because I hadn't cashed one in a year there. What?!?!?! The worst check cashing place now. Every time I go in I have a bad experience. They look at you like why did you even attempt to come in here?? It's a weird vibe and mad uncomfortable.

I was shorted a few hundred dollars in cash when I got my stimulus payment I did not count it because the woman that was working behind the counter in a Muslim kemar at the time, I could see she was putting a portion of the money through the machine.. the rest she counted by herself which was very unprofessional I'm upset that I didn't count it by myself but I trusted her! That's messed up

Ms. Ashley knows how to get the job done right !!! Her work ethic is effective, efficient, and on point. She never wastes your time. A year or so ago, I stopped in for the first time to pay a bill & handle some other business, the line was to the door. Ms Ashley had me at the window & on my way home in no time.
