Goodwill in Pennsylvania is a large thrift store known for its varied selection of used items, though customer experiences differ significantly. While some shoppers appreciate the finds and reasonable prices, others feel that the pricing is excessive, particularly for clothing and kitchenware, suggesting that new items could be purchased for similar amounts. Complaints have also been noted regarding the condition of some goods, such as old frying pans priced too high. Customer service generally receives positive feedback, especially highlighting the helpfulness of staff members like Sharon and Ms. Mary, who are praised for their patience and attentiveness during checkout. However, there have been concerns about communication among staff when it comes to lost items, leading to frustration for some customers. Despite its pricing issues, many customers report enjoying their shopping experience, particularly for books and other used goods, and express a desire to return. Overall, Goodwill offers a mix of great finds and customer service, but also faces criticism regarding pricing strategies and item conditions.
Great customer service especially Sharon the cashier, I might have to offer her a job at my business she was so good. Thanks to the whole team!

The staff are very nice. However, the way they price the items at this particular goodwill is ridiculous. I couldn't believe my eyes. When I saw.The price they put on a glass baking pan. I will include a picture to show you guys.
