I just spoke to someone and they were no help. I did not miss a test and they are saying I did. I would never have missed one.. it was when I left the vehicle! Because I got home around 8 and that’s when they said it went off .. so he wouldn’t answer me when I asked if it continues when you get out of the car. the agent was rude and not listening to any of my concerns. This has been the worst experience and I need help! I wish I used a different company!!!

Very bad and unprofessional customer service.! The support team is extremely under qualified and is not fit to be working in customer service. I never recommend this to anyone.
