the Indian guy is a scammer...made me pay $50 cash when I was swapping my line to a new phone...was there at 1844hrs and he said had closed the machines and didn't have paper receipts..so he made me pay cash...that guy is not good for your business

New Indian guy there is a scammer. He was the only one working and he said that they were only accepting cash and attempted to get me to pay a non-existent $20 service fee. He became frustrated after I was questioning him about metros service fee policy and told me to leave the store once I said I did not have cash. However, before all of this he was telling me I can get cash from a nearby atm. I proceeded to call the store and he lied about being the manager and that another manager(who was never there) had just left despite me being in the store 30mins before, and did not connect me to higher management when I asked. Pls call metro customer service and report this store

Rude and untrained associates who are abusive. The owner in Kingman is worse alledging that his customers triggered his associates in attempts to justify their behavior. Claimed to have reviewed video of the incident, but refused to post it so it could be assessed by non biased people. If you must deal with MetroPCS I recommend all communication be online with corporate. This franchise owner is totally unprofessional.

Customer service told me to go to a retail store with assistance with removal of a high security password (I had to use a high security password in the first pace because the store in East Lansdowne PA was allowing a an abusive party to make changes to my account without my consent). I went to the store (again, the same store in East Landowne as it's closest), and was barely even look at by the clerk who was more interested in her own phone amd told me that they don't do that in the store and I had to again call customer service.I called them back and was again directed to a retail store. I had to go to the store in Clifton Heights (out of my way but the East Lansdowne store has consistently given poor service and I have made this trek there often because of this) and received assistance and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The East Lansdowne store allowed this person who shouldnt habe had access to make changes to my account wreak havoc and then refused to correct their errors. Because of the horrendous experiences and service over the last 3 + years I have cut the cord with Metro after about 10 years. That says a lot. Please develop a system of better handling independent retailers. They can make or break customer experience. Calling 611 is not the greatest and one of the appeals of Metro besides proces was being able to go.onto a store and The fact the my neighboprd store became a source of terro and NO support (and actually being LIED TO by an associate) became my stadadrd experience for something for which I paid is ridiculous.Just because I use and prefer prepaid phone service does not mean I am or should be treated like a second class citizen. No one should. One star because I can't leave zero.

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME VISITING THIS STORE AND I WAS GREETED BY THE SAME YOUNG LADY . THE FIRST TIME SHE EXHIBITED A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND I PASSED IT OF AS MAYBE SHE IS HAVING A ROUGH DAY. TODAY I RETURNED TO THE STORE AGAIN AND HER ATTITUDE WAS EVEN WORSE. SHE IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC WITH SUCH A NASTY DISPOSITION. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
