This was the only pnc that I could go to that would allow me to deposit money using the atm. I went there today and it doesn't have that option anymore ??? I don't drive so it's not like I can go to other locations like that.

Very hostile location. Poor customer service. You can see them behind the glass talking about customers, being rude to customers and talking about employees to customers. The worst location by far. And the woman who is the manager is culprit of them all. So if she’s ghetto, loud, ignorant and rude, u gotta know the work environment is that way.

Great branch! Was able to get $2 bills ordered by phoning ahead, quick in-and-out, teller and security guard were both super nice and professional, even opened the door for me!

This is my bank. They never remember that I have an account, and they didnt have enough money to cash my paycheck, and was rude. Told me to come back later but didnt know when they would have the staff to give me my money,

Not only is their security guard extremely friendly and helpful, this bank definitely has a nice system as far as check in for walk in’s and friendly customer service all around.

This is the worst banking branch I’ve ever been too. The staff is rude, slow and lack knowledge. Everytime I come to the drive through the processing time for each car is at least 15 minutes. Then when you go inside no one helps they just walk back and forth. They all give you the runaround. It’s like they purposely give you a hard time. I’ve never seen anything like this. At a point I’ve had over 500k in this bank. I’ve now switch to Chase. Today I am closing my account. I’ll never bank with PNC again.

If someone calls you and leaves a message to call back, don’t bother. I’ve spent all day trying to reach said person back and I’m left on hold in silence until I’m disconnected and have to call back. The direct number of the person who called me? Isn’t even the person who called me. It’s someone else. I called the 1-800 number to make sure there’s nothing wrong with my account.

Well I came to this place on emergency to use the ATM and it was broken the screen on ATM shoes a computer like I ha e at go in e and it wasn't working... To make thing worse I had to lay a friend urgent so he could get his medicine but then since I didn't get ATM I didn't pay him and we have to wait until tomorrow when the store is open

My first time at this location a few weeks ago; and everyone from the Security Guy to the dude who I spoke with initially--to the Asst VP Branch Manager-- Danny Cruz were outstanding! Even in the midst of this Pandemic, they were accommodating! The wait wasn't long at all and Mr. Cruz was receptive, respectful and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this location-- hands down. THANK YOU for exceptional customer service.
