Is there a NEGATIVE star rating because they have absolutely earned it. DO NOT EVER do business of any kind with this establishment. The service is trash just like the cars they try to rent and sell.
I rented a car and the first week was fine. Then the second week after making my payment on time, the car was remotely cut off. I thought that the car died but after catching the train to work I learned that they just cut it off. Two days later my son had an event. They cut it off again and we missed it.
When I tell you that I will never rent from these idiots again. Please beware. All I can do is SMH and rent from Enterprise.

He stole my money and some one broke in to my car on camera and he still made me pay for it and some ine hit my car it was they fault and I had it for a day and he kept my money and black me dobt deal with him he will get you out of your money I got a open case with him and am winning so far the real auto McKoy send me back my cash app u got the deposit and I only had the rental for a day

Rented a car for 2 weeks the first car I paid $700 for 200 deposit and $500 a week… the cars are old as hell, the first car ran out of coolant twice in the middle of the night while driving.the other time on the middle of Roosevelt blvd. They towed the first car then a day later he hits me saying they have another car. Older then the car I currently had, yet he still wanted $500 For 2 days I was asking for registration so I could upload the car for uber he was ignoring me then finally sent it, as I’m uploading the information I realized the stickers was from march 23 its December 2024. He’s still asking for $500 payment. As I was dropping the car off they remotely shut it off so I blocked them and chalked the $200 deposit but do rent from them they do not car.

Do not buy a car here!!! They will sell u a lemon!! They will take your money and leave you high and dry!! They sold me lemon when I was PREGNANT!!!!!! I was left without a vehicle!!!

Buyer Beware! These folks are scam artists! I bought a car for my daughter so she could commute to school. Before purchasing it I took it to their mechanic shop to get it checked out before purchasing - BIG MISTAKE!!! I was told the car was in great shape and that it only needed a new lock on one of the passenger doors and a new driver's seat, which I replaced. My daughter only used the car for 2 months before one of the axles broke in the middle of busy traffic! The car came to a crashing hult. Thankfully my daughter was okay but in extreme shock. I had the vehicle towed and looked at by my mechanic. He told me that the car was undrivable and would have never passed inspections in a legitimate repair shop. He lifted the vehicle and showed me how the entire undercarriage was rusted out. He also told me that my daughter was very lucky that the undercarriage didn't completely fall out when she was driving it because she could have been severely injured or killed. They also have a YouTube page with customers winning so-called prizes- Don't fall for the glitter because in the end you're more than likely buying a lemon. They had a website that was shut down and had multiple lawsuits filed against them. Shame on them for selling worthless and dangerous cars to hard working people for monetary gain. I ended up selling the death-trap car as junk!

Got my car fixed at the service center, terrible didn’t know what they were doing had to come back the next week for them to fix the same problem just for them to tell me they never fixed my original problem. Waste of money, terrible customer service and their cars are all lemons. Bottom line, don’t come here literally go to ANY other dealership/mechanic.
