“Very clean! Very quick! They have 2 clerk's working & let 5 people at a time in this does not count for people taping up a box or etc. at a countertop. Social distancing rules are being in good use, because of COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Pandemic. Excellent work here! Line moves very fast. Air is comfortable. Not stuff or hot inside & the use sneeze guards to protect themselves (& others). The line starts anywheres on the ramp, but being that they are so very quick with their services it won't take long the line moves shorter. Once one person leaves from the line, another person may pass in. They have a lovely selection of Hallmark cards to choose from. Please vote for the postal services. They deserve $13 a hr. they do a lot of leg work besides using those trucks to get to route & the next location. I had family that worked in Chinatown in Philadelphia so I should know & parking is much more difficulty to find which means a lot, lot more leg work. Carrying those bags up & down steps esp. areas who have their property built to protect their holmes from flooding & their prize possessions not ruined. ;)”
“The person on staff when I went was super helpful with me getting pictures of the item boxed and sealed which I needed to send to the recipient. Not only that they were at the same time processing several other customers in an unexpected early morning rush.
I personally think management should make sure if this happens a lot that there’s two people on site. The staff member there handled all of us with professionalism and grace. Totally appreciate you.”

“I ordered my print online beforehand at Campus Copy Center. I emailed Anthony back and forth before coming. When I showed up, it was ready, which I really appreciated. At first, I wasn’t totally happy with the color quality, but Anthony helped me right away and fixed the issue super quickly and easily.
He was honestly so helpful and made the whole process feel simple and stress free. The price was also a lot lower than Staples, which was a huge plus. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely return and recommend them. Anthony made it so easy and comfortable, especially for someone like me who had no idea what they were doing.”
“The best place to get documents notarized! The gentlemen there are courteous, professional, and know exactly what is required for specific documents. They also only charge $5 per document vs. some others who rip you off and charge up to $20.
Pro tip: Be sure to take originals of things like passports, etc.!”
“Navis Pack & Ship is by far the only packing and shipping company that you need to call for any move. The owner, Peter, was willing to take my call himself and answer all of my detailed questions that were I am sure juvenile to him. As a mother of four young children who had only 2 weeks to pack up a 4000 square foot home and ship to Hong Kong, Navis went above and beyond continuously for me and both Peter and his employees stayed patient and professional with me throughout the entire process. They even went as to have several employees stay overtime on a Saturday to wait for me to arrive with some last minute things that I had forgot to include for packaging. When my husband called Peter to explain the situation, he was happy to accommodate us and held his staff there for us. Navis also did not ask for payment until the protective crating was complete and when it was time to pay, the amount was in the range that we had been quoted AND well BELOW the other quotes we had received. The funny thing is that we actually called Navis TWO days before we needed to schedule and they came through for us without any obnoxious fees for the last minute scheduling. These guys work around the clock, are reasonably priced, are easy to reach anytime and are extremely dedicated and honest in their business practices. I have never taken the time to review a company before but they did such a great job for me that I decided to make them my first. I know how stressful a big move can be so if you need a personal reference before booking Navis, call them and ask Peter to give you Angie's email address, I will be happy to give you advice and details regarding a huge, crazy, international move that they made AMAZING!
