The clerk insisted I visit the Springfield post office, despite me telling her that my package was reportedly kept in this location. She even refused to look up my package's tracking number and told me straight up that it wasn't here. After visiting the Springfield location, the kind woman told me that it was actually in this location! Thanks to the incompetence of the staff, I wasted my lunch break and didn't even receive my package to boot. Let's hope the clerk actually decides to look up my package this time tomorrow. (not counting on it though!)
Edit: They lost the package! And I have to do the legwork myself to get my refund! How thoughtful of them!

So I had a delivery that's supposedly delivered today , it did . It says delivered in mailbox 📬 imagine that it's a tea pot so how in the he'll a tea pot fit in my mailbox, I knew something was wrong, went house , look in mailbox , in other ppl mailbox which was very weird. Nothing. I look stupid for nothing, where's my teapot 🫖. Where did you guys delivered, why there's no pictures. I'm so angry. You guys are the worst, I just moved here now I see why yall have 2 star 🌟 should have been 0 .horrible 😒 im so hurt 😞

The only reason I’m giving this a two star is because the post office lady who called me was professional and informative BUT how does a package with my address and name clearly shown on it, get delivered to another address on another street? This has happened twice! If not for a good neighbor the first time, and me having the good sense to call USPS contact number and getting a helpful agent, my packages would have been enjoyed by some other person and not my husband. If you’re tired, hot, hungry, thirsty or, your eyes and you are just plain over the day, please still have the decency and professionalism to do your job the right way, the first time

Slowest usps I’ve ever been to despite using their service thousands of times in different locations. Drive somewhere else and save yourself the time standing. For reference, each customer takes about 15mins avg and there’s always a long line :/
