Zero stars for this Corporation. One of their employees assured me he would lift the dormant status on my account so that the funds would not be escheated to the state. I dont know if he lied on purpose or is wholly incompetent, but he did not lift the dormancy and now I have to track down the funds with the state. Not only is this a case of malfeasance, but the employees I spoke with today had no phone number/email/contact information of any kind available to help me track down the money they lost. I would never entrust my money here and the fact that they have billions under their authority should be scary to anyone who wants to do any kind of banking with them. They will actively lose your money and leave you to deal with the repercussions of their inability to do their basic job demands.

Very slow service. The drive thru is a NIGHTMARE. I have an account with the Philadelphia Credit Union. The branches are open and this 35 plus minute wait to deal with one teller is not an issue. WSFS do better.
