Melanie preasured me so much making me apply for credit cards because she claimed I NEEDED to have one to apply for a mortgage later. Due to all of her attempts to get me a credit card I had too many inquires on my credit to apply for a mortgage.

Recently had to pay off a loan, and had difficulty doing it through calling the corporate 800 number. Called the closest office, Lansford, and spoke to Scott Kane, who guided me through an acceptable process with professionalism and friendliness that had been missing when speaking with corporate. Thank you to Scott and to having a great hometown local office that still provides exceptional customer service.

Best bank I ever joined...they help me with things other banks never cared about. Just got an email asking if I was ready for a credit card we had discussed because my score went up. They keep in touch and don't care how poor I am.
