Don’t go here. The manager looked at his watch when it’s 45 minutes before they close and then is ignorant when asking questions. Refused to help us and made us feel stupid when his computer or system didn’t recognize our phone numbers as AT&T. Was extremely ignorant and is just the icing on the cake with at&t. Switch now!

I traded in a iPhone 8 when there was a promo got a iPhone 12 however they say they “don’t have me as trading in my phone” said it was “lost” now they will not give me my trade in credit/ and NO ONE at the store will help me, keep saying there is nothing they can do. I switched from verizon to ATT worst move I ever made!

I sat there for an hour waiting on the ONLY employee they had working to finish helping another customer. Before I finally walked out. While I was there at least 2 or 3 other customers walked out because they were tired of waiting. I will never go back here, and I might even cancel my at&t service because of this.

Have gone to this store 3 separate occasions. The first time I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in the door. I had no idea who the employee was as everyone was sitting down (4 people in the store.)After an awkward 5-10 minutes a girl finally asked if I needed help & what with. I mentioned what I needed and she repeated at least 5 times that she’s the only one their EVER and that it would be at least an hour or so until she could help me. She advised me to stop back another time unless I wanted to wait there an hour. I left. The next two times I stopped in same thing. So I left again.So unless you go there and you are the only customer then I guess you are okay and will get help. Currently searching for a new AT&T store that can provide assistance. Westmoreland Mall AT&T store is horrible as well & why I am looking to go to another store in the first place and so are the customer service reps & managers that you get on the phone....when they can’t even explain why they are charging you what they are charging and no one can answer the question or adjust the bill. ??

Terrible customer service both times my husband was there. The lady working was not courteous and made picking up an already purchased device take over a half hour, needlessly. We will go out of our way to not use that store in the future.

Elle was an amazing associate at the Latrobe, PA store. We had 4 phones to port over from Verizon and my parents whom are 76 and 78 were getting their first smart phones from flip phones. Elle took the time to show them how to operate the phone and even hand typed all of their contacts into the new phones when they would not transfer. Talk about customer service. Yeah Elle! So so far this new AT&T customer is very happy and Elle needs some additional recognition from AT&T

I didn't even Buy my phone at that store and the service that I received was Fantastic to say the least.( I went there because I needed all my Info.Transferred over to my new phone)wish I could remember Her name, but she was so knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I asked.(and it was near the end of the day ) I sure was impressed- KUTOS TO YOU MAME -Thank you

I bought my phone elsewhere and AT&T shipped it to me. Switching to AT&T from Verizon the phones came with no details on activation. I called the 1-800 number and waited and waited and waited. I finally left a callback number. Two hours later and no callback sent me in a drive to the store. In minutes they had my phone and plan active. They answered all my questions and were glad to help. I will happily return here if the need arises.

Had an issue that offshore support could not correct. They simply didn't understand the problem. Decided to visit the store and with 2 minutes of me explaining the issue it was corrected. I couldn't be any happier.
