“PNC Bank (Latrobe Branch) helped me out tremendously. They were able to assist me with a somewhat “unique” transaction for my Vehicle Loan. I reached out to PNC’s main loan center and they were unable to assist me via phone call. Finally, I reached out to the closest Branch. They promptly scheduled me to come in and review the details of my transaction. I only have a vehicle loan with PNC, as my regular accounts are with another Bank. The employee worked tirelessly to make sure I was taken care of, and ultimately fulfilled my request. Much appreciated. Thank You for all of your help.”

“I Have been with this bank for almost 10 years..started my own business 3 years ago,and decided to open up my bussiness account here as well.in the mist of it all had to change from reg bussiness checking to a LLC ACCOUNT. Deborah had helped me so much with working through switching she was very knowledgeable with the whole process..she helped me with it all..her smile is delightful.her branch in Delmont was shut down and moved to Latrobe..which I live in Scottdale and that was going to be a good drive for me .because of her and her professional self I decided to stay with Woodforest and make the drive 2x a week for banking ..just love her.”
