If in need at this place, see Barbie. She is an EXCEPTIONAL person who takes time to help you and even explains the coupons. She is really good with printing pictures. KUDOS to this caring associate.

The pharmacy staff is rude, inconsiderate and should all be fired. I've had 3 different bad experiences there, today was my last... They send you an automated call that your scripts are ready. You get there and they tell you they can't fill certain ones so you waste time and fuel. Walgreens took care of me, no problems.

We've been waiting a week for a script to be filled. It's a script that you just can't stop taking. Everytime we need meds we get a major run around about things. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy that we can use due to employers desire. If I could give negative stars for this review I would.

CVS is a pharmacy chain whose customer service is superior to its competitors. I have used them in different locations and have always received helpful, knowledgeable and efficient service. They also offer more products at lower prices. Their pharmacists also go out of their way to be helpful.

I'm always treated good, helping with self checkout especially! I go there for scripts, and get a lot of useful discounts and rewards for shopping there! People are great for us customers! I never had to wait for scripts, get it all from using the CVS app! I found going inside is much faster to! Some ppl go in the drive thru dealing with issues, they really should go inside to discuss issues! It would help!

0 stars if i could. Typical wait time is over 1/2 hour for an rx that they tell you is ready. I was told the drive through wasn't fast food, but was there for convenience. Inside wait is no better. More staff than you can imagine in the pharmacy and still the slowest customer service around.

I came in for a quick stop and stayed a little longer. Barbara was very nice and helpful with fixing my CVS rewards information as well as having a nice conversation. Will definitely return!

Love Latrobe, PA CVS the staff is so helpful, I always find surprise items on sale and the store is always clean!

RIDICULOUS. The customer service here sucks. They were so rude to me. I left and went to Walmart where the employees are nicer.
