Terrible service, even though they are a registered FedEx drop off location they should not be advertised as such. Not only would they not process a return tied to their location through FedEx but refused to even do more than say we can’t do fedex returns then stand behind the counter. do not use this location.

Not happy at all with FedEx, their tracking is a failure, they say out for delivery, dropped off at back door and my last package was dropped off 10 places away and put along side of road, just happened to find it.Other times it said delivery by end of day then it comes a day later.UPS is my preferred delivery and USPS.
