It’s a shame because the cashier’s are so friendly, but the pharmacist is too rude for no reason and doesn’t know what she’s doing. My doctor sent over my prescription twice and she keeps saying she didn’t get it. It’s been five days and I have been out of medicine for two. Switched pharmacies a minute ago!

I’ve been going to this pharmacy my entire life as my parents used to get their prescriptions here. I have never had an issue. My prescriptions are more than punctual and the pharmacy techs are so kind. I 100% appreciate them and they do a great job!

Absolutely the RUDEST pharmacy worker ever... called for a simple request I know we did in the pharmacy in Ligonier when I worked there!! Her attitude was quite laughable considering how much she makes an hr!!! This Latrobe pharmacy must get all the rejects that can't get jobs elsewhere... and have absolutely no people skills ??... go to Ligonier.to get your scripts.. great family group who are very personable!!!

Terrible customer service! I was in a huge hurry to get my daughters prescription. It was urgently needed. I was told by Laura the pharmacy tech that it was not ready and would take 15 to 20 minutes. I was frantic about the situation and asked if it could be done sooner. Her response was, "It's not like we can fill it in 60 seconds! " I am not stupid and was not asking for 60 seconds. I just wanted the reassurance that it could be filled quicker than the quoted 15 to 20 minutes. Her smart comment added unnecessary stress to the situation. I do not recommend this pharmacy. It used to be better with caring and customer minded workers but that seems to have ended. They seem to do too much business and push out as many prescriptions asthey can, leaving less for the customer experience. Pharmacy is huge business and lots of money changes hands. You think customers would be treated better. I guess not.

My Girl Scout troop of 11 girls shopped for food to donate to those in need tonight at Latrobe Giant Eagle. Our cashier Evan, braved our group and checked us out. He was patient and kind the whole time. He also thanked us for everything we were doing. Thank you, Evan!!

Disgusting display of customer service. Why would you deny an elderly man with an obvious extreme health condition the right to buy food? You should be shamed & close your doors. This is complete nonsense.

they kicked out an elderly gentlemen for not wearing a mask when clearly he had medical issues that excluded him for having to wear one you are a disgusting foul and rude manager Tom and I hope you loose your job over this

Do yourself a favor and try the new sushi counter ! Amazing quality better than the restaurants and great prices. The sushi chef there is wonderful as well!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've used Giant eagle forever for my prescriptions, always had issues but never experienced what I did this week. After this we decided to switch pharmacies.

Grocery Employees are always nice, pharmacy technicians are always willing to go out of their way to help and the store is always clean. I have no complaints about the Latrobe Giant Eagle. I go there weekly and have always liked this store.

I love this Giant Eagle. Unfortunately, the woman at the seafood counter was the reason I only gave a 3-star review. She was so irritated that we wanted crab legs from the case instead of the ones out in the aisle. We also bought salmon and some fresh tenderloins. The food was fresh and so very delicious. I'm sorry if this woman was having a bad day, but it is bad for the business to have employees insult customers and roll her eyes. I've worked retail for 20 years and my husband owns his own business and we have never had such an issue.

Anytime you go past the pharmacy you will see about 5 to 10 elderly people who have been waiting in line for over 10 minutes just to hear that their script will not be ready until the next day. The staff doesn't seem to enjoy their job. Maybe that's because their computers seem to always crash and the tech guy you often see showing the ladies behind the counter how to fix it are very unprofessional. I witnessed a man yelling at the older lady behind the counter because she was having issues trying to figure out how to work it. There are many other chain pharmacies around that actually care to know you and make sure they have what you came for without making you wait.
