Very professional and easy to talk to. I love how they have what my previous cut and preferences. I know my hair is difficult to cut because of my crazy hair colic but they do a great job!

9-23-25. Latrobe location. My son was the only customer in the building with 2 stylists on duty. After the guy ahead of my son left, one stylist got on the phone to deal with the credit card issue they were having and the other stylist started to clean her station and tools. Then they both started doing inventory and neither one acknowledged that my son was sitting directly in front of them and it was his turn for a haircut. He had signed up online and they checked him in when we first arrived so they knew he was there. We sat there staring at them as they started looking through their products and talking about ordering more. I finally asked if they were going to cut his hair. I told them he is the only person here and there are 2 of you and you are doing inventory. The one woman said they have to do inventory so that they can service more customers. I said, we have been sitting here, is your inventory more important than the customer? Only then did one of them take him to her station to cut his hair. To say the least, it was poor customer service and we are not going back.

Jade was absolutely phenomenal! She easily became my new favorite. Sweet, professional and easy to chat with. She took no time making my mop of hair ready for formal events coming up. I dont usually do reviews, but give this woman a raise!

Terrible experience! I take pride in my hair and have not cut it in YEARS!!!! I went to the salon yesterday, 8/2 and got my hair cut finally. The women doing so could not do women’s hair. It was all good at first then she started saying she didn’t know how to do the cut I wanted, (a longer bob) but just kept saying I want the look to be dramatic but wasn’t giving me that. As she’s cutting she says while she’s cutting, I guess I should’ve done this more. That she’s not really sure. So I became nervous and told her so she called another lady over and THAT LADY SAID she was doing it different and showed her how but she still couldn’t!!!! So I asked for the other lady that she called over to finish my hair. She fixed it and it looks presentable now. It’s not what I want by far, but I’m okay with it after the last fixed it… you guys should NOT let people work at your salon that don’t know how to do something simple like that. I went to cosmetology school, I know how to cut the style just can’t on myself. She just butchered my hair ? I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I will be sure to tell everyone I know what happened there and to advise them not to go there!!

This Great Clips in Latrobe is super great! I've been going here for the past year and have never had a bad cut. I like that they enter the info what they did on the cut so the next time they have it. Will continue to patronage this place.
Hair type: I have very thick hair and like it short.
Stylist: Kimberlee is fantastic. She listens and does exactly what you ask for.

Been coming here for little while. Use to get decent hair cut cheap but now noticing newer employees are butchering haircuts. Today was the last time I'm coming here. I'd rather go pay for $50 haircut now.
