While on business in Warren Ohio my 2006 f 350 stared running really rough and smoking. After trying to look at the obvious possibilities I ended up having to spend the night at a hotel.
The next morning I had the truck towed to Kiaben Ford in Warren Ohio. I rented a u haul to bring equipment on home
. Kiaben ford had truck for 2 weeks. The service guy called to say it was a failing Turbo and couple fuel injectors. Also the compression innumber 8 cylinder was low. They wouldn't honor my warranty but would fix it for 7,500.00
So I called another garage my warranty company recommended. I&A Auto in Warren said that they could handle it.
So after 2 weeks being there they said it needed a motor.
But, id have to find another garage because they didnt work on trucks like that so I'd have to find another garage.
Aftera month of it being in Ohio we had a transport company to haul it to Latrobe Ford.
Chris from service called to let me know that the erased the codes at Kiaben Ford. Wondered if I knew what the codes were... I didnt.
I told Chris what other garages said.
Chris said he'd like to take his time to figure it out because none of the other diagnoses made sense.
Latrobe Fords experianced deasle mechanics and honezt service reps had the truck for a couple weeks...... but they FOUND the problem. 3 LOOSR BOLTS.
They didnt try to rip me off for thousands like these other garages.
So I HIGHLY RECOMEND Latrobe Ford over any garagee including Smells Ford. Because they to have tried to do repairs that didnt need done before. Also stay out of Ohio.
It's sad to think how bad we can be taken because of our ignorance when it comes to repairing are cars today. We should be able to trust these garages when we have issues. I have learned first hand again..... you cant. So when you see a statement like this you need to pay attention.

A story about a 2020 red F250 that was already deleted, traded in and then resold which broke down after 1k miles and the new owner is being denied warranty is making its way across the interwebs. I am not claiming that this story is factual in any manner. I would however probably figure out a way to make it right with the guy if it is true. I’m not gonna hit you with a bad review, but
I am a member of a bunch of the groups and I am seeing the story cross posted on pretty much every Ford Facebook group.

Very happy with my experience here at Latrobe Auto Group. Brandon Reed went above and beyond helping me find the right vehicle for me. A vehicle that fits my life and my budget today, while also preparing me for down the road. He didnt try and push the max amount that I got approved for like other car dealerships. It felt like he actually cared about the whole situation, and not just making a sale. I know where im coming back to buy another vehicle in the future. Again, a very great experience.

My friend purchased a 2018 Ford F150 XLT twin turbo 4wd. The truck has been in the shop as much as it has been on the road. Latrobe Ford on multiple occasions refused to offer to remedy the issue with the 10 speed transmission. Latrobe Ford is aware of the multiple class action lawsuits involving the Ford F150 10 speed transmission, yet they still sold us a Lemon. Buyer BEWARE steer FAR AND CLEAR from the Ford trucks on this lot and any Ford dealer. Google the millions of complaints! Latrobe Ford doesn’t want to take any responsibility for Ford’s transmission issues. Also class action lawsuits on other Ford 150 Models. We intend to file a complaint with Ford directly.
