I have loved this eye doctor for years. Have sent many patients to Dr. Cove. Today's visit was horrible. Granted, I was running 15 minutes late due to a crazy work schedule but I truly did not deserve the attitude I received from the front desk person. She was not only rude but her immature reaction to my situation was unwarranted.

I went to this eye clinic on 7/18. Wow! What a professional, buttoned up, and knowledgeable doctor (Dr. Shar) and supporting staff from the moment you walk in and leave.The Eye Technician was so professional and kind I actually thought she was the doctor.Mandy, the eye glass specialist, who helped me navigate through the many variety of glass frames was so kind, helpful, and she definitely knew her stuff, too.I highly recommend this eye clinic!

Have gone to Drs Brownfield and Christianson since the opened up shop years ago with our family. But the have sold their soul. Going corporate. Almost all the original staff is gone. The people who have replaced them are not friendly and miserable. I went to another chain and am happier and cheaper. My daughter wanted to try them again and had same miserable experience. Avoid.

My very first time at this place. I was pleased at first. Spent over an hour finding the perfect frames and everyone polite…UNTIL you pick out frames, Progressive lenses, certain exam is extra. Ok, now I have the frames I think are just right for me. Insurance covered (or so I was told as Amy went up to check). Paid the amount insurance didn’t cover and left. I received a voicemail the next day saying the frames I picked out were NOT covered and she changed the frames instead of having me go back and pick the right ones. So I called back and asked well how much are the ones I had my heart set on? No response. Just a used car salesman answer “let’s go with these, and we will regroup if necessary”. I got an email today and text message that my glasses were in. I’m so glad because it’s been horrible for the last week waiting when my old ones were broke. Went today and tried them on. Seriously hated how they looked and felt. The kind lady today adjusted the fit (don’t remember her name) but I let her listen to the voicemail when I asked about the frames I wanted. No notes in the system or anything. So I picked another pair! Now waiting another week or so until these come in. Why wouldn’t you let me pick out my own GLASSES! This reminds me of a used car lot back in the day that would show you one car and swap you to another or add on for every little detail. I don’t care about cost. When it’s your vision and fit and look of glasses. You’ll pay for the right ones. But beware, this place left a sour taste in mouth and I doubt I’ll ever go back. I hate writing negative reviews. But this experience deserves a bad review!

Terrible experience.My appointment had to be rescheduled as my doctor called off sick and they couldn't fit me in that day. Had to take the day off work (for my original appointment and other errands). This is disappointing because at my next appointment I was only there for 20 -25 min. Place wasn't busy, could have fit me in.I received a automated text the following Saturday morning that my order was in. Store was open till 3pm and I read the text at 1pm, so I had plenty of time to arrive before close. Get there about 1:40 and the office is closed. So someone was there to receive packages and nothing else, even though it was supposed to be open till 3pm? Came back Monday after and they only had 1 of the 2 pairs I ordered. The text/email I received didn't say if all/part of my order was in. Ask them when my other pair would arrive, was told normally takes 2 weeks for those. Another 1.5 weeks pass, for a total of 2.5 weeks, I receive another text saying my order was in. Go in the next day and pickup my other pair. Find out when using the safety glasses that they don't have either anti-glare/reflect coating on them. Looked at my invoice and see the person ordered the coating on my normal glasses but not my safety glasses. I'm using the safety glasses for personal use, not professional so they are still usable.The people are nice and they have plenty of frames to choose from. It's the experience that was terrible.

Man, what service! My glasses that lasted 3 years snapped in half at 10pm on a Thursday. Called on Friday and was able to go in and Allen took my lenses out of the old pair, cut them, and put them in new frames! I was in and out in less than a half hour! Now I don't have to go to work in my prescription sunglasses all week. Thanks again Allen and all the staff for being super accomodating!

I Went through the exam, the glasses came in about a week or two. The prescription was so far off, I couldn't leave with them. They made it right with another exam and another pair of glasses, but the lens coating flaked off within a year. I always clean my glasses with a soft tissue as instructed. I paid another 280.00 for new lenses, but now the coating is flaking off again. I was ready for new glasses anyway, but my son had the same problem with his prescription, so now I'm leery about going back.

After waiting an hour to try getting into med express to look at my eye I looked across the street and saw this place. They squeezed me in on the spot and I was in and out in half an hour with a prescription for my issue. Super kind people.
