“Lou took very good care of me. I was in a tough spot due to my main vehicle having mechanical issues. I called rent a wreck and within 5 minutes he had me reserved in a very clean and affordable car for the week, much nicer and less expensive than the major rental companies. He also accommodated my needs that I asked him to, which he didn’t have to do-but he did because he was a good guy. I would, and will if the situation arises use rent a wreck again. You definitely cannot go wrong choosing them.”

The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was one time when I was late with a payment, and when I called to explain the situation, they were very understanding and even waived the late fee as a courtesy. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
