After being my own barber for years I finally realized there's a reason i never picked up the profession. Between the bald spots and patches I'd leave on the back of my head I finally decided it was time to go see a real professional. Putting the fate of what little hair I had left on my head and the shag carpet that's grown on my face into Wendy's hands I was thankful to finally look and feel great again. I walked out with both ears still in tact and no blood on my shirt from being chopped up like a meat deli. She was amazing and very timely with her amazing work. 10/10 will definitely be back again.

Waited an hour past my appointment time and no one even thought to say anything to me. I checked in on the app, arrived a few minutes before it said to, checked in at the counter, and an hour later I left without anyone even acknowledging me. I was “on deck” for probably 20 - 30 min., but two people who came in after I did were taken ahead of me. I have been here several times, but am unlikely to return after this horrible experience.

Experiences in the past have been positive with friendly people and descent service. However...
They falsely advertise their hours of operation. When you check online they have a full range of hours. When you arrive, however, they are closed with hand written hours posted to their door that is COMPLETELY different with whole days in which they are closed.
I know, I know, can't find employees willing to work those hours for the pay. Those are typically slow hours/days. Corporate won't update things...blah blah blah. Whatever the excuse, it's just that...an excuse.
Not the customers fault you have poor operations behind the scenes. I went somewhere else and that place gave me good service. They have earned a return customer.
In a world of options, customer loyalty is imperative. Good service and the AVAILABILITY of service is what will bring people back. You drive customers to competitors, and your competitor did a satisfactory job for 1/3 less money than I typically pay at this location.
Good luck, you're gonna need it.
