BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They go above and beyond!
A couple weeks ago I had ordered invitations from Walgreens and they couldn’t do the size I needed.
I called this ups location in Latrobe and spoke to Chad. He talked to me about my options and helped me create my invitations to the size they needed to be. He even pulled up my order in Canva and made adjustments to get it perfect! I was on a deadline to send them out and he helped me get them out same day!
The Latrobe UPS is by far the kindest and quickest store I’ve been to! Will definitely keep going back!

Don't like the new ownership. They are not nearly as friendly as the previous owners. They charge for any little thing. Don't help with little things. Don't care for a couple of the male tellers. Kind of mouthy.
