This place is a joke. I placed an order from Company that suggested they drop my package of at this location at no charge and I could pick it up there. No one ever mentioned a 5.00 service charge. I could this infuriating. Won't use their services again.

Isaac was awesome and great to work with. He brought the cart outside to help me bring my packages in for shipping. He was very patient and quickly took care of sending my packages to FL.

The male attendant is quite rude. Do not expect much help from him. Posted 4/8/2023 ( his name is David). I’ll request whoever else is working there in the future.

Sam was professional, polite and greeted every person who walked thru the door warmly. Return could not have gone more smoothly. After reading reviews from some others, I hope UPS Store realizes what a gem Sam is as an employee!

Allison helped my fiancé and I with exchanging our package and she was extremely helpful and sweet. We had no idea what we were doing and she took the time to explain everything and help us get it done.

I ran into a problem with an Amazon return. They were able to provide the telephone number for Amazon customer service on a precut piece of paper. They did not have to do that and it actually helped save me time from having to go through the rigamarole trying to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to help.

Employees are extremely disrespectful, act miserable, and cuss out their customers. I have had more bad experiences at this location than I have good.

Just left this store (Friday july 8, 2022 at 1:07pm), both ladies are so rude! Both made faces at each other when someone didn't know to prepackage their amazon return. So rude and that poor lady had no idea and was nice. The only reason why I have to come here is because this is where I have to take my returns, otherwise I will not do business at this store. I was also charged $2 to tape my package closed! No receipt so I can only image that just went into that lady's pocket! Other reviews said they were charged $1.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this location. I made the mistake of ignoring the previous reviews and thought that since I was just dropping off a box with the original packaging, stripped of any other markings, and sealed perfectly, it would not be a problem. WRONG! I would NEVER use this store again. Also, the reviews about the time that they are open are correct. They show they updated their hours on Google a few weeks ago and that can't be true as they do not open until 9:00 am or later when someone gets there.

Tried to get a notary here. They said they can't do car title signatures. Either they have no idea or they just don't want to. Anyway, "Notary" is at best, misleading.I wasn't asking to transfer title or for tag service, just to notarize signatures. If you don't know that a real notary can notarize any signature, then you should not be advertising notary service.
