The basic French manicure I requested & got lasted less than 2 days in duration. When the technician was applying the french tip polish it looked dry & gloppy coming out of the bottle and so it was old. She refused to allow me a pink transparent top coat over the white tip and refused me any other color. Why? No clue. She didn’t apply a second top coat either.
It was clear her desk was never cleaned as it was really dirty.
As I said it barely lasted two days until chipping off leaving me no recourse but to remove it before a formal even we were hosting.
Total waste of money. Inferior products used. Will never go there again.

My first time going there. They were very unfriendly. I would not go back again. My nails don't look that great either.

Have been here twice now & Winnie does a fabulous job on making my nails look exactly how I want them but even better!! She was so kind even when I was being super indecisive. I'll definitely come back again ☺️

Left me with uneven and different lengths I wanted on heart on my ring finger the heart is so messed up and they wouldn't talk to me i will never recommend or go back

Bryan gave me the best acrylic nails I have ever receives. I will definitely go back and ask for him. They were so precise, thin/natural looking layer of acrylic. I was super happy with the results.

Cleanliness: I took my elderly parents to have manicures and pedicures at Ultra Nails, not only did they do a fantastic job on our nails, they were so gentle, helpful and patient with them. I highly recommend Ultra Nails. They are very efficient and the establishment is clean.

Worst nails I’ve ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Extremely lazy and rude. Would not fix the horrible nails and charged me 70$. I still have acrylic on my fingers, unbelievably wavy, didn’t even file them, ridiculously thick, and left the old color on the sides. This should be illegal.

There is one good tech here so I go when I am in the area if he is available despite the fact that the techs are usually on their cell phones speaking in their native language the whole time and will NOT interact in any way. Today I took my granddaughter who is 5. They were RUDE RUDE RUDE to her. She simply wanted to sit next to me - which both chairs were empty- to have her nails painted. They wouldn’t accommodate and she was frightened. When I tried to inquire if their only female tech could do it they ignored me. Rude is an understatement truly. We went across the street to Envy Nails and they were sooooooo much nicer. I will NEVER go back and pay these people to be rude again. Think twice before you go here if you care about how they treat you.

They need to replace the last pedicure chair in the corner. . It has been broken for quite sometime.. when massaging it pokes your back and hurts you. Something must be broken internally.
