One of the worst post offices. I have ever seen always some excuse. Why they couldn't deliver a package total b. S . That's why we need fedex or u p s to deliver the mail. Here we go again. Their big excuse Is there's no access? Why don't you try getting organized? Instead of excuses 08/21/25 i think you should have to send pictures via text if access is blocked. Plain and simple.8/22/25 received my package finally, glass jars broke, it looked like package was dropped.
I give this Post Office 0 stars if possible. Sounds like they need new management.

The phone rep is extremely rude. So snippy and was talking down on me like i was a 5 year old in timeout. I had an Amazon package get returned there and was told by Amazon to call this number to reschedule redelivery. Not on this lady’s watch though!!

I literally take in the heaviest priority mail packages that weigh sometimes up to 65lbs (limit is 70Lbs) and the ladies there still greet me with a smile on their face. I will help move it to the scale and whatnot to make their day a little more easy going. It's not always easy dealing with the public day in and day out. They are people too. Thank you ladies, your hard work doesn't go unnoticed 😊

I moved and they wont deliver any of my packages. I have been on the phone for days because my address is not USPS registered? I register it and now i have to wait 10 days.

So, I've had an ongoing issue (for a week now) where something that I ordered from Five Below had been sent to my prior address in Latrobe and not to the new address in Greensburg. Despite everything that I have ordered from Walmart, Amazon, Ebay etc et all, it has come to the right address, but this FB package did not.
So, in vain, I attempted to call the Greensburg Post Office. Five calls, and not one of them was answered, and I left the last one ring for near two minutes. So, I figured I would call the Latrobe Post Office to see if they had intel as to the whereabouts of the package that got lost in space (though not to be confused with the TV series of the same name much before my time).
Not only did I get through to someone, but said worker, Mickie, was more than accommodating and understanding of the situation. And while she couldn't look up the information that was available to the Greensburg Office (that I could have gotten if someone had answered one of my calls), she did, however, guide me through the process of contacting the company online and the process to go through to get the situation looked into.
So, my literal hat goes off to Mickie, because while the Post Office works do get a bad rap sometimes, it has to be mentioned whenever they go out of their way to be very helpful, understanding, and compassionate about someone's plight.

Rudest employees I have ever seen, one in particular who is mentioned in many other reviews and is yet still there somehow. She caused me to have an anxiety attack. Shame for the City of Latrobe to have such ill-tempered, belittling, rude people representing the post office of this nice little town. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word. Not that they'll care.

The staff belittles you and acts so ignorant. Had this with my own experience and from the one ladies attitude about the situation with the customer ahead of me she was rude. Just because you have issues outside of work or even at work you DO NOT take it out on your customers. Most piss poor attitudes I’ve ever seen in retail EVER.

I came here to get my passport renewed and the lady that was helping me was overly rude. She made multiple backhanded comments and every time I had a question she responded with attitude and a snarky reply. Get better staff.

THE MOST IGNORANT STAFF EVER! I called to report a package missing out of the 5 i got. They took my tracking number took 10 minutes and looked it up. She asked me the color of my house. I tell her Blue. She looks at the picture the driver took and she says the house she left it at was brown!! So she calls the driver and gets back on the phone with me and says she left it at my house. I said no she did not you even said the color of the house was wrong and this happens A LOT. She said “ya she says you call a lot” i said excuse me?!? I HAVE NEVER CALLED!!! And is it not their job to deliver right and take calls??? This lady was so ignorant and rude. I will be filing a complaint!!!

They have consistently delivered my packages "down the road" every single time I order something. I have pirvate mail and personal information getting handed over to strangers because these guys cant do their jobs.

If I have no incoming mail, they will not take my outgoing mail. Constantly receiving neighbors mail and my mail goes missing all the time.
