I can tell you what some are on about. The person in charge doesn’t realize that it’s a college town and he is unusually difficult. They are complaining because, unlike the guy who doesn’t understand the complaints, they have had difficulties with that pharmacy. I have spoke with three other people who likewise had problems.

Yes Joe should not be a Manager. I spoke to his boss they said they can't remove him. Myself and 2 others in line watched him drop his gloves on the floor then went back picked them up and gave the person the shot with those gloves. There labels fall off cause they use cheap ones. I have two bottles I had to tape the labels on. He is also very nasty and it's his way or no way. Because I tried helping everyone by calling and reporting the labels coming off to corporate. By telling corporate how mean he was. How he would talk down to you. He called and told me he no longer would fill my family's Prescriptions because my wife complained about her meditation being wrong and me calling corporate about labels falling off.

Script was put in day prior. Slow person at register kept making excuses on why it wasn't done 6 hrs after shipment came in.

Giving them 2 stars is a gift. This month: I order prescrioins via the app - given a 'ready' time. Still not ready an hour past that time (excuse is we are busy) it had a six hour wait to begin with! July: Ordered with a clerk (out of refills) - someone there decides that I don't need the one of two pills (same drug done to get proper dosage). So not filled when I get there. June: I ordered drugs thru app - go to pick up and told can't have the one until the following month (never got this month's) - reason I ordered it one day early, they didn't fill it, but my next refill date reflects it was refilled. Made a loud stink and finally a pharmacist rather than an incompetent clerk looked at my records. 'Checkout clerks' should not be telling me when I have refills available if they can see the actual records. I know what drugs I take. I do not need these incompetent managing my prescriptions - I need them to count the pills, put them in a bottle and sell them to me when I request (approved by insurance and within script restrictions). Customer service is SERVING the customer not creating issues month after month. .

My experience has always been a pleasant one. Hardly any wait time and very courteous people. They will go above and beyond to help you and explain everything to you! Best pharmacy ever!

For such a big chain store this pharmacy is awesome. They truly go or of the way to the us and even know us by name. They have the most pleasant people working there.
