I had lots of problems with this company. First - Klick gave me a wrong address to submit my local taxes which meant my check got lost. I got a letter saying I was late and that I owe more money due to interest. When I called Klick to ask for help, I was told I'd get a return call in the PM. I didn't get that return call. I made several more calls and was made to think I never called in the first place. I never heard from Greg. One of the front desk staff told me "this has been happening to a lot of people." Since I had no resolution from the company, I wrote another check to avoid incurring further penalties and interest. When I reviewed by bank statements, I discovered my original check was cashed after my second one was cashed. I've since received a refund for the interest incurred, but I never heard back from Greg. Second issue - I got a second letter from IRS saying I owed much more money and didn't understand why. Of course I called Klick and asked why I owed more money. I never got a call back from Greg. When I called again this month, the phone answerer said "they" didn't take out enough for "liability." Third Issue - I also noticed I may have been identified with the wrong filing status. But how would I know if I don't get a return phone call to ask these questions? Final issue - I got feedback from the IRS who recommended I request from my filer a "File Amended Return," so I called and spoke with a female to ask for this help. No answer or call back. This experience has left someone like me feel so vulnerable and dismissed. I saw the owner respond to some of these reviews. Maybe I will get a response now.

Absolutely amazing experience at klick - never been here before came to reading to make a vehicle purchase and we used klick - amazing super friendly staff and quick experience - seriously fastest notary service I’ve ever experienced- they even printed out my new registration that was transferred from my other car I’ve never had a notary do that for me .. as well as didn’t get charged a credit card service fee … thank you klick if anyone I know goes to reading area I’ll definitely tell them to see yall ??

The office is very small, you have to just drop off your taxes he don't have a sit down while he does your taxes then someone will call you when their ready to be picked up

After multiple family member suggestions, my fiancé and I chose to go with Klick to file our taxes. I typically file my own but having pension related paperwork, I wanted to make sure my taxes would be taken care of and done professionally. I am a very understanding person and I know mistakes happen, however there were multiple mistakes made and the reasoning behind them was invalid to me. When we first picked up our taxes I was told I was getting a refund for local. I questioned it right away and the response was “yeah sometimes you get refunds for local.” A few days later I receive a letter from Klick stating that I owe on local. When I called to clarify, I was told that my paper was “mis marked and with everything going on that day it wasn’t caught.” The second issue I had was that my bank account information was never asked for in order to receive my return… which I get people forget things, however the issue I have with this is that this mishap got pushed onto my fiancé because he questioned his return and why he owed. The excuse of “well with having to explain everything and with all that went on, we forgot.” The owner and another worker were helping my fiancé and I had a separate person helping me. In my opinion that person’s attention should have been completely on me and explaining my return and not blaming my fiancé for his understandable reaction to owing what he did. It doesn’t take 3 people to explain a return to someone. The last issue I had is that my social security number was submitted incorrectly and if I hadn’t called on 3/11 to verify that my return was filed I wouldn’t have known. When I called and questioned it, the response I got was “oh yeah your return was rejected.” When I questioned why, the girl simply stated “oh we entered your social wrong.” I tried to make this process as simple as possible, I wrote my social down, clipped all of the papers together and labeled them to basically make this process fool proof. I feel as though these mistakes were not fully owned on the company’s part and were brushed off or blame was misplaced onto my fiancé. At the end of the day my fiancé and I are honestly questioning whether our taxes were done correctly given these multiple inconsistencies.

First year that I filing the taxes owner make mistake and I was $1000 less in refund this year owner was very disrespectful and rude as they make mistake again with filling the taxes highly not recommending so ppl check your taxes after filling at this place

I file my taxes here like maybe 2 times, and this time I didn’t want to file my taxes and they still charge me $85. I think that’s very horrible. I understand if I would’ve file,you can charge me. but for not filing, I was never charged before for not filing my taxes,That’s bad business. I guess you needed the money more!! You like to rip people off either way Big shame ,I will never go here again!! unprofessional

This was the first time using KlickI was quite surprised at the short time to have my taxes done and very satisfied with the price. Kristina was very knowledgeable and pleasant when I picked them up. I will return to Klick and would definitely recommend them

This is the third year that I've used Klick Financial Services to file my taxes. I am always impressed with this company. This year, Kristina prepared my taxes for me. She was extremely friendly and communicative. She helped me understand everything I needed to submit and she personally took my information over the phone. My taxes were completed and returned for my review in the same day.

Good price, the only problem I have with is when I came in with my taxes and I said that I wanted my refund to be direct deposited. The person up front didn't bother to ask me for my routing number or my account number. I never have my refund in a check so now I gotta wait for a check cause there was an x drawn across my return where the account number and routing number is. When I came in and picked it up I gave the lady up front my routing number and account number, hopefully it'll be direct deposited next year. I'm not really happy getting a check cause I need my refund to pay my bills and im not gonna wait. Sorry for the rant but like really the people up front need to do their jobs right

I have been going here for quite a few years now.... and I have never been disappointed. Greg was always super nice and personable even though the last few years have not been face to face. The best price around for great service. I will admit the girls up front about a year ago were not the best with customer service. But when I called to schedule today the woman that answered was very polite. And I always get my return fast. Thanks Greg and staff Keep up the good work!

We have been coming here for yrs pre covid & now we will go somewhere else. Before covid, things were personable in office but now everything is drop off & pick up. It is not easy if you have questions or need help. I was told by the tax guy Greg that it's because he can't get sick because no one would be able to do the taxes. Understandable. However, you can require masks & I think if you have questions about deductions, you should have access to someone that knows to be able to ask questions & not have to play phone tag, then get an attitude when they have to call you because you didn't understand something & are missing something. Especially since we own a rental & things are not always cut & dry.I really didn't appreciate the attitude today when Greg called regarding missing information. Had a front office staff been able to answer my questions when I initially called this morning, we probably would of been able to avoid that phone call from Greg. I was annoyed when he called because the office staff is always rude when I call there & then he was annoyed because he didn't have all the info he needed. Which goes back to my initial call this morning when I had questions & was given the wrong information. This all could of been avoided.The front office staff, most of them are rude & if you have questions, they don't know & have to ask the tax guy, which then usually involves a call back.Your current procedure is frustrating & impersonable & your front office staff needs customer service training.
