I recently hired Sanbury Construction to work on my family room ceiling and convert my garage into a carport, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Manny, the owner, was professional, communicative, and truly invested in making sure everything turned out perfectly.
The team demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, paying attention to every detail in both projects. The new ceiling in the family room looks flawless, and the carport conversion exceeded my expectations in both design and functionality. Manny and his crew were efficient, clean, and respectful of my property throughout the entire process.

Sandbury did an attic and hallway restoration from scracth , I was surprise for the work they did to me in 3 weeks . Manny was very professional and answered all my questions I have during the project . I would gladly make bussiness with him and the company again for future projects

Paid them to do a job they did half then took the payment and haven't heard from them since. I called and text also sent an email no response. The least they can do is respond and say what the issue is. I could post pics but I will wait to see how they respond after this review.

Manny and sanbury construction is so awesome. We were having issues with our roof and couldn't find a qualified contractor to come out and install our new roof due to many difficulties. Faced with getting our job done, when Manny inspected our property and informed us that we can get our roof replaced at a price that we could afford with a warranty that was worth it. We jumped on it. The job that they completed was awesome. I am more than elated. I could not ask for a better contractor samberry construction is your go to contractor for all exterior and interior services. I give them. A 5 star with 2 thumbs up. You gotta make it happen, and then I'll respond, I'll respect.

Sanbury Construction was recommended to me and Manny and his team did an amazing job fixing my roof and redoing my basement. They worked in a timely manner. Manny provided great communication and was very helpful and accommodating . Manny was also trust worthy. I look forward in working with Sanbury in upcoming home projects.

Sanbury Construction renewed my kitchen and the bathroom (I love & I am amazed with the results) Manny had great communication and was able to give me a good estimate ahead of time. I am satisfied and happy with the work Sanbury Construction did on my home (two bathrooms and my Master bedroom). Manny explained thoroughly in details what would be done and also provided a detailed estimate for the repairs being completed. Manny and his staff completed the work efficiently and left the workspace clean. I appreciated Mannys professionalism and expertise throughout the process. Super happy with the new roof,wheel chair ramp and new windows.Manny was very responsive and accommodating doing the work at my home.I have a babygirl with autism she doesn't like noise or strangers.His crew was mindful of her at all times.Greatly appreciate his warmth and kindness towards our family Would highly recommend using his business for any and all repairs big or small .Thank you Manny!!!!!

Sanbury Construction has great customer focus, clear communication and excellent craftsmanship. Manny was responsive to all calls and questions. Lester and his crew were on time, conscientious about their work, cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of the home owner. I would highly recommend this construction company for their willingness to meet deadlines and how they exhibited excellent attentiveness to details.We had our finished basement remodeled from outdated paneled walls, carpet and vinyl to a modern look with bright walls and waterproof flooring. Sanbury exceedingly met my expectations with their quality work and professionalism. It was a pleasure to see such dedicated contractors who worked hard to get the job done without cutting corners, showed such a high level of expertise in all areas of construction and met each and every one of their commitments. This company was hired to do my windows. They put my windows in and didn't have the proper molding and left the first day without completing the job. I had gaps and no way to cover windows. My home was cold we had to run space heaters for our pets and for us. They left my house a disaster didn't clean anything up. The little cleaning they did they used my brooms and vacuum and my fish tank bucket for glass and debris. They left shards of wood paint and nails and screws everywhere. My daughter took 3 nails to her foot over the course of 24 hours. I am now going to have to potentially put her through getting a tetnus shot and I may have to miss work. I am beyond appalled by their lack of cleanliness and professionalism. Do not use this company! Unless you want your home destroyed. They ruined walls without confirming if it was ok. I understand if it happened but i feel if they are going to destroy the interior and integrity or my walls that needs to be brought to my attention. They also damaged my bed frame and has to be replaced. They left tools and gloves and hats amd staples. I will be sending them a bill and possible legal action if not responsive.

Horrible. This company over promised and under delivered. There were so many red flags I should have walked from the beginning. They were in my house for 5 months. I am now ripping it out and getting the bathroom redone with another contractor. The floor and tile started falling apart. There was water damage, mold, incorrect supports, incorrect plumbing, no sealant, everything wrong. The workers were not managed. The left a filthy mess daily. The owner over promised and under delivered. It has been a nightmare for a year now.
