Hard to get a hold of anyone and find out what's going on with products. Things are not shipped in a timely manner. Also a rude customer service with a chip on their shoulders. Hard to to work with.

Any other vendor/ contractor having trouble getting paid from Blackbox? Since AGC bought BBNS, payments have gone from slow to delays well past their due date. Not feeling the love here.
