He gave us many options and we did not feel pressured in the slightest. I wish all sales people could be as polite and un-pressuring as Logan was. Also found they have great projects to do with the kids like robots, circut boards, and frickin rockets as my 5yr daughter would say! Looked around and found they have diy circuitry stuff like boards, breadboards, etc. I will surely be returning.”
“We bought a refurbished HP laser printer from them. It arrived in good condition, and works just as well as the other ones that we already have. To buy one new would have been at least $100 more. I would buy from them again.”
“I’m happy to replace my washer and dryer. There were some difficulties with it initially but I’m hoping it was resolved. The thing I liked about this experience is when I had an issue the store acted right away. I appreciate the service and customer service. Special mention to the delivery guys Brian Ritter and Reynoldo as well as the other two delivery guys that came to fix the issue. Hopefully this works out.”

“This review is a shout out to the most colorful and artistic young man that I met at Target today. His name is Dylan. I was all the way in the back of the store when I came across some items that were too big for me to carry. I asked Dylan if there were any carts in the back of the store and he said no, but he would run out front and get me one. Let me tell you, after a full morning of already running a ton of errands, I was tired, and him offering to get me a cart really was the biggest deal ever. I am so grateful to you Dylan. “Sam is the best after receiving my replacement phone Monday morning I've went through hell to get it reactivated had the worst customer service after spending 4 hours in store for two days because they wanted to charge me a 28 dollar fee to reactivate my phone when it's free when you have a replacement phone from the insurance. Honestly Sam was such a blessing after 10 minutes in the store and gifted me for the the inconvenience of his co worker that was as caused. Sam showed true Customer Service he is the best. “I came in to return pants that I purchased for my husband. The purchase was made with items for my son and he paid with his gift card for his stuff and I paid for my items and the pans with a debit card. I was told the return will be going on a gift card, I was very upset considering I purchased more items on my debit card than what was paid with the gift card . Manager came out and said there is no way around it. I told Deny I believe his name was that I was going to go home grab all the stuff and bring it back and return everything than I would get my MK eh back and than I can re purchase the items I wanted and obviously not take the pants. He was the most understanding person I have ever met. He told me he doesn’t want me to waist my time and he was going to do exactly that. He saved me and hour of travel by going above and beyond. Since the system is very odd.
One thing target needs to consider and understand some things about there system.

“In the beginning at this location,,staff had one thing in mind hook and crook on all sales. ,,,,BUT NOW,,,, major improvements friendly staff, now they got employees who seem to know when new shipments are coming to the store,,,and will actually call you when a product you have reserved has arrived,,,but what I really like about this new crew they listen to the need. Unfortunately the young man I didn't get his name however Mimi I remembered were the most friendly individuals I have incountered since becoming a customer many moons ago. Not only did they both helped me with my needs but we're laughing smiling which turned my crappy day into a great one. Please Please PCSMETRO accommodate them with more then just a certificate for great customer service but with a recognition of how important and valuable they are to your company.
