“I came in to return pants that I purchased for my husband. The purchase was made with items for my son and he paid with his gift card for his stuff and I paid for my items and the pans with a debit card. I was told the return will be going on a gift card, I was very upset considering I purchased more items on my debit card than what was paid with the gift card . Manager came out and said there is no way around it. I told Deny I believe his name was that I was going to go home grab all the stuff and bring it back and return everything than I would get my MK eh back and than I can re purchase the items I wanted and obviously not take the pants. He was the most understanding person I have ever met. He told me he doesn’t want me to waist my time and he was going to do exactly that. He saved me and hour of travel by going above and beyond. Since the system is very odd.
One thing target needs to consider and understand some things about there system.
