Stay clear of this store location! Literally go to any other store location. I met a young man who claims that he is the manager. (He’s a redhead/slender) I was just trying to pay my bill. I was told on the phone that if I go into any location that they could help me. This kid refused to help me. I was stunned. I tried to explain that I couldn’t call customer service like he was telling me to do because the automated voice looks my phone up and tells me I’m with Cricket and says goodbye and disconnects my call. All I have is a hotspot through ATT. After going round and round with this guy who was now cutting me off and refusing to help me pull up my account so I can pay my bill, I finally walked out and called another location. The manager of that location was flabbergasted that this dang kid was being so rude and refusing to help. He told me to walk back in there and keep him on the phone. He told me what to tell this kid…I mean “manager” how to do his job and you could tell this is NOT what he was expecting. After a few comments from the kid he begrudgingly pulled up the account and allowed me to pay. The kid who claims he’s the manager of that location said his name was Corey. Now, not sure how accurate that name is because on my receipt it states the name Mackenzie S. So either he lied to me about his name or truly is confused with life…
ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!!! Many other locations! Try any but this one!!!!

Guy was helpful in getting my SIM card and activated w/AT&T. Was my fault that my Nighthawk router was not set to broadband so problem was obviously my end. But overall, a good experience and would recommend this store in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

These guys are amazing. Helped me get everything I needed. Help me fix everything that was messed up from the new Target AT&T people. The other one is always trying to push stuff off on us and you can never get any help at the one across from the mall. So I would recommend anyone to go to this location and literally talk to any of the sales people.

Corey is awesome! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy he made my rather difficult situation. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful as we worked to trade in my old phone here for my Dad in Florida (at his AT&T store there). Everyone worked together as if we were in the same room. My Dad got his new phone with the credit applied and I was out the door before my lunch break was over.
